Pros:

De locatie van het hotel is top; je loopt zo het centrum van de stad in.( 5min) Daarnaast is het parkeren perfect geregeld en voelt het erg veilig. Ook het ontbijt was prima in orde en goed verzorgd.

Cons:

​Minpunt van dit hotel is de service bij de receptie en de onjuiste kamerinformatie. Het beloofde zijdelings zeezicht was niet aanwezig. Het personeel toonde helaas geen enkel begrip voor onze teleurstelling.

​We hebben geprobeerd te middelen door aan te bieden de helft van ons verblijf (1 nacht) te blijven en daarna te vertrekken, maar hier ging men niet in mee. Men hield voet bij stuk: een kamerwissel kon alleen tegen een forse meerprijs van €40 tot €80. Een gemiste kans voor Hotel Paul om te laten zien hoe goede service werkt.

Hotel very old, room in zero floor horrible, no window for fresh air, only balcony door which you really dont want to leave open during day/night.
Fire alarm all night blick with strong light.

Pros:

Superbra läge och bra frukost. Jättefint trädgårdsområde alldeles vid Gardasjön.
Rummen va lagom och hade allt man behöver.

Cons:

Terrassen och bryggan skulle kunna städas lite oftare. Lite hårda sängar.

Pros:

Die tolle Lage am See.
Das Frühstück war landesüblich, das Abendessen hervorragend!!!
Sehr freundliches Servicepersonal und Reinigungspersonal.
Sauberer Pool, viele Liegen vorhanden und Schatten im Garten.

Cons:

Der Steg in den See war übersät mit Entenkot, müsste öfters gereinigt werden, als 1x täglich kehren.
Handtücher für die Liegen im Garten hat man auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption keine bekommen.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, offering both convenience and beautiful surroundings. The staff were absolutely amazing — kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.
The breakfasts were delicious, fresh, and very filling, with a great variety of options. We also loved the relaxing sunbathing area by the lake, which was peaceful and beautiful. The second relaxation area near the pool was equally perfect for enjoying the atmosphere and the holidays.
Overall, a truly enjoyable experience, and we would happily return again.

Tyvärr var restaurangen stängd för middag!!!

Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait, au bord du lac et vraiment très proche du cœur du village de Sirmione.
Il y a un jardin qui donne sur le lac avec des chaises longues et un bar très agréable et très calme.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables, il y a tout ce qu'il faut.
J'étais avec mon vélo de course et on peut le laisser dans un local pour la nuit.
J'ai eu l'occasion de manger au restaurant le soir, c'est excellent !
Le personnel est irréprochable et vraiment très sympa !
Le prix de la chambre est très correcte , je recommande vraiment cet hôtel !
