Geweldig verblijf in een zeer mooie omgeving.
Pros:

Zeer mooi hotel, gelegen aan het meer. Zeer mooie kamers. Op enkele minuten ben je bij de oude stad. Goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.

La struttura e a 5 minuti dal centro di Sirmione, il balcone da sulla.piscina, e la colazione abbondante , , la stanza era pulitissima, ottima posizione.

Cons:

Niente di particolare, a parte che il parcheggio all'interno della struttura dovrebbe essere compreso nel prezzo.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wasser, mit eigener Liegefläche und Strandzugang.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, allerdings nur mit englischen Sprachkenntnissen zu begeistern.
Frühstück ist sehr ausreichend, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist leider schon in die Jahre gekommen und sollte an einigen Stellen ausgebessert werden.
Leider wird zum Frühstück frisches Ei ( Spiegelei, Omelett etc) im Frühstückraum zubereitet, so dass das dann im ganzen Hotel zu riechen ist.

La piscine mal plaçée, pas entretenue et passage permanent du personnel d'entretien. Balcon de la chambre étroit et petit.

Très moyen.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner très bien, l’hôtel demande une restauration complète.

Cons:

La chambre était vieille , des moustiques écrasés sur les murs, le tapis de sol était craqué en plusieurs endroits.
Les tentures se décrochaient chaque fois lors de l’ouverture ou fermeture.

My second stay and hopefully not my last
Pros:

The location and ease of finding it. The restaurant is very good and the portions plenty and prices good. And the parking is convenient. I also appreciate the elevator and view of the lake. I also appreciated the extra blanket for sitting in the balcony.

Cons:

There is nothing to complain about though I wish the TV had Netflix so I didn’t have to use my iPad.

Buona soluzione per visitare Sirmione ma aumentare attenzione al cliente
Pros:

La posizione a circa 700mt dal centro storico di Sirmione. Non menziono parcheggio e vista lago perché per Sirmione è lo standard degli alberghi della zona.

Cons:

Eccoci al punto dolente, mi spiace scrivere questo ma c’è stato un tremendo e bruttissimo episodio da parte del cameriere Placido. Io sono padre di due bimbe e dirigente da aziende viaggio da anni per lavoro ma mai e poi mai ho assistito a un atteggiamento discriminatorio da parte di un cameriere verso un cliente. Chi è padre come me sa che con i bambini ci vuole pazienza e anche per farli mangiare serve sempre un compromesso. Una delle miei bimbe purtroppo non ama fare colazione la mattina in maniera sufficiente e come sempre faccio per metà mattinata uno spuntino per lei. A tal proposito ho preso due panini dalla colazione diametro circa 5cm con 4/5 fette di salame non proprio di prima scelta come spesso si trova anche in altri hotel. Il cameriere Placido ha avuto il coraggio di dirmi che non era permesso e che in tal caso gli serviva il numero di camera per addebitarlo senza dare indicazioni su a quale prezzo e fornire adeguato tariffario della colazione eventualmente d’asporto. Ovviamente abbiamo lasciato tutto dov’era e ho portato la bimba ad un forno lì vicino a metà mattina. Ma non finisce qui purtroppo il giorno dopo vagava passando ripetutamente davanti al nostro tavolo della colazione come un doganiere al controllo merci vecchio stampo senza neanche preoccuparsi di sparecchiare eventuali piatti o tazze o chiederci come facevano gli altri educati camerieri se gradivamo un espresso o un po di latte caldo per le bambine. Sinceramente al decimo controllo dogana convinto che non lo notassimo ci siamo alzati e andati via. Peccato non menziono inoltre le zanzare in camera e le formiche perché ovviamente siamo vicino ad un lago e la camera era la piano terra però per un tre stelle maggiore attenzione soprattutto per chi ha dei bambini. Mi spiace per altri ragazzi della cucina e della reception perché sono stati educati ma purtroppo basta una persona a rovinare un soggiorno ai clienti.

Posizione meravigliosa con vista sul Garda da due lati, terrazza sul Garda, spiaggia privata e piscina. Vicino al centro storico.
