Thanks to all personnel for our wonderful 3-nights stay in this lovely hotel!
Pros:

- a perfect location not far from Blue Mosque with a wonderful view from a terrace, its a pleasure to walk to historical city center during several minutes
- very nice and clean rooms
- we had a window view to Bosfor with seagulls sitting on a roof close to us, it was very interesting and funny
- guys from reception are very friendly, ready to help and to do everything for us at any time
- breakfasts were delicious with omelet, many types of cheese, meet, fruit salad and deserts

Pros:

Отличный отель, в котором мы прожили неделю. Супер отзывчивый персонал, отличные номера, открытая терраса на верхнем этаже, на которой мы встречали утро и проводили вечера с видом на Мраморное море и Голубую мечеть. Отличное место, крайне рекомендую

Cons:

Единственный минус места - стоящие неподалеку мусорные баки. Днем они не мешают, запаха нет, однако в 3-4 утра приезжают мусорщики и начинают ими греметь.

Pros:

I traveled with my elderly mother who is a little limited with regards to mobility. The wonderful Mr Nuri kindly offered to hire a wheelchair for us which was very much needed. He was exceptionally kind. As were all the staff. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Ferman Hotel!

Primera vez en Estambul, maravilloso!
Pros:

Todo el personal fue atento, pero queremos destacar a Omar en recepción y a Selçuk en el desayuno. Ambos hicieron lo posible para que nuestra estancia sea placentera a pesar de tener dificultades para comunicarnos. Muy amables y eficientes en sus funciones. Fue un verdadero gusto conocerlos. El desayuno fabuloso, la limpieza muy buena.

Micul dejun îngrozitor, dacă vroiai o omletă la comandă proaspătă si caldă și nu o serveai pe cea din cheafindish trebuia să achiți separat,plus ca nu înțelegeau…în camere se făcea curat cu mătura ,nu cu aspiratorul, dacă tragi o basina te aude vecinii,mașina de gunoi dimineață la șapte îți dă deșteptarea,iar camerele pe spate ai parte de un concert de gâște de la ora șase plus ca mai trece și trenul…îmi pare rău că nu am mai rezervat la Seraglio hotelul din fața lor unde am stat luna trecută (același onorariu,dar cu condiții și un mic dejun mult mult peste Ferman )..cu siguranță nu vom mai reveni….

Nice long stay at what has to be one of the best places to stay in the entire huge city!
Pros:

The staff was mostly amazing. The view was mind blowing. The breakfast and the breakfast staff was perfect! The beds were comfortable, the room was good sized. Cleaning crew was wonderful. I loved this place!! OH, Wait! The view here will change your life. Then it gets better, you can go up on the roof and it does get better. Oh, and they allow you to come use the dining room (with the amazing view) 24/7 to work on your computer or relax and take in the city or have a smoke. You cannot get this in the USA.

Cons:

Some gym equipment was ancient. One of the managers insisted that while working out at the gym, I was not to use the restrooms that were 15 meters away because that was "For the staff" even though during my 11 days and 15 workouts, not once did I ever see a person use those restrooms! He literally told me that I should take the elivator up 4 floors and use the restroom by the dining room each time I needed to go!!
But that being said, every other interaction with every single staff member (even him) was perfect. They are all great people. And one of the asistant managers is the best I have ever met in my life! Same for the man running the breakfast. Never seen a better job being done in that position.

Ich kann das Hotel wirklich empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
Pros:

Die Lage war super um die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, ein großes Lob an das Personal am Empfang! Man fühlte sich sehr willkommen.

Cons:

Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war wirklich gruselig…

Überaus großartige Lage inmitten der Altstadt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu vermissen. Alles war Erlebenswert.

Tolle Lage, nettes Personal, vor allem der Kellner Selçuk, der aussergewöhnlich engagiert und zuvorkommend war.
Außerdem ist er ein toller Fotograf und hat von der ganzen Familie super Fotos gemacht.👍😊

Cons:

An der Rezeption etwas übereifrige Mitarbeiter, die gleich bei der Ankunft alle möglichen Reisen verkaufen möchten.

Очень понравилось, особенно персонал. Там на кухне работает парень по имени Selcuk, очень отзывчивый, внимательный, всегда готов помочь. Он делает классные фото. Спасибо ему!

Отличные апартаменты с 2 спальнями в самом центре Стамбула
Pros:

Отличная локация - Голубая мечеть буквально за углом, набережная Босфора, по которой обязательно стоит прогуляться — в 5 минутах. Рядом несколько хороших ресторанов и магазинов. Вид из ресторана на Босфор просто фантастика! Очень удобный номер с 2 спальнями - фактически это 2 стандартных номера соединенных проходом.

Cons:

Люблю плотный завтрак. Выбор был не самым большим. Зато для любителей сладкого ассортимент приличный.
В номере было слышно все, что происходит в коридоре - как разговаривают люди на этаже, как цокают каблуки по лестнице.

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferman Old City Hotel war einfach hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, und das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich und professionell.
Die Zimmer wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt und waren immer sauber und gepflegt.
Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt und waren mit allem rundum zufrieden.
Ein besonderes Dankeschön möchten wir Selçuk aussprechen. Er war stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat seine Arbeit mit großem Engagement und Professionalität erledigt. Sein Service war wirklich erstklassig und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.
Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.
