Pros:

Excellent location and very helpful staff. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of options.

Cons:

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi signal in my room was quite weak.

Pros:

Estaba al lado del Araasta Bazar, para el desayuno en la terraza tienes enfrente la Mezquita Azul, y al lado Santa Sofía. Super buena ubicación...el trato de recepción genial , un día estaba lloviendo y nos facilitaron paraguas que tenían para los huéspedes, super atentos en todo, lo recomiendo 100%

Cons:

Nos tocó una habitación en el piso -1, con mini ventanas, a mí me encanta ventilar y....no pudo ser ...pero vamos forman parte del hotel y ya está .

Das Hotel liegt inmitten des Zentrums von Istanbul. Es ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing.

I think when someone gives 10/10 or 'exceptional' it is assumed to mean its 7* etc. I hope it's assumed that what it really means is - for what I wanted, what I paid, what was advertised it was exceptional. For the insane Istanbul prices, it was extremely fair, in an amazing location two seconds from a fair bit of hustle and bustle but also the actual street itself was very quiet.

The most important aspect was the staff. All three concierge members Nuri, ömer and Latif were amazingly helpful and considerate and authentically warm. Hilmi and Mohamed were polite at the door and help with the rooms, Selçuk in the Dining team and Nezahat the cutest housekeeping team were all warm and kind.

We would happily and unreservedly recommend the venue.
Pros:

Very helpful staff, excellent location (withoung needing to negotiate the narrow streets of the middle of the old city), spoilt for restaurant coice.

Cons:

No English speaking TV channels. Fruit salad ran out too early at breakfast!

La ubicación y las vistas desde la zona de terraza

Cons:

El desayuno bastante malo ,escaso y calidad pésima, Las habitaciones en la zona nueva genial en el edificio del hotel muy dejados,algunas habitaciones exterior estan a la altura del suelo,son categoría superior.
