Cons:

Нет розеток возле кровати. Душевой кабины или чего-нибудь подобного тоже нет - всё вокруг намокает, вода разливается по полу ванной.

Pros:

Мы жили в отеле несколько дней , приехали в Софию в деловую поездку. Все время пребывания мы чувствовали себя, как дома. Удобные кровати, очень продуманный и функциональный номер, естественный и доброжелательный персонал, вкусная еда ( мы даже не ходили ужинать в другие места). Я очень много путешествую , такие отели сейчас большая редкость. Благодарю владельцев и персонал за заботу о гостях, желаю процветания. Мы обязательно вернемся и посоветуем друзьям 😊

Personal muy deficiente
Pros:

El desayuno que prepara una de las cocineras la cual es súper agradable.

Cons:

En primer lugar el trato del personal, el cuál no está dispuesto a ayudar al cliente. Durante dos días no me hicieron el cuarto y cuando me quejé me dijo Desi, una de las recepcionistas, que es que tienen mucho trabajo.

Son 3 las chicas de la limpieza para 34 habitaciones. Además la otra recepcionista, Albena, me justificó que el primer día dejé el cartel de no molestar (mentira) y aún así el personal siempre llama a media mañana a la habitación para preguntar sobre la posibilidad de hacer la habitación, sin embargo la iniciativa en este hotel brilla por su ausencia.

Desi y Albena así como la otra recepcionista joven sólo me pedían disculpas pero no ofrecían cero soluciones y tuve que pedir el teléfono de la directora, Svelta, la cuál tampoco me brindó ninguna solución.

Después de quejarme me hicieron el cuarto y fue la primera vez en 7 noches que me cambiaron las sábanas, el resto de días sólo hacían la cama. Tened en cuenta que las fotos del hotel son bastante diferentes y el hotel es bastante viejo además de que el suelo está enmoquetado y da bastante asco.

Respecto al baño huele bastante y el sumidero está en el medio y está suelto y es fácil pisarlo y da bastante asco.

Cuando se me acabó el papel higiénico y el gel se lo pedí a Desi y ni ella sabía dónde estaba y me dijo que se les había acabado y tuve que comprarme yo.

Les pedí amablemente que me subieran al menos dos juegos de toallas para mi pareja y para mí, los dos días que no nos hicieron el cuarto y no lo hicieron.

En definitiva es un hotel que para nada recomiendo ya que el personal apenas trabaja y se pasan de cháchara y fumando la mayor parte del tiempo.
