Pros:

Gute Lage, bequemes Bett und der Balkon war nett, als Gastgeschenk gab es eine Rosenseife. Hygieneartikel im Bad waren ebenfalls ausreichend

Cons:

Deutlich zu teuer für das was es sein will. Der Fernseher hatte keine Signal. Im Badezimmer stank es nach Abfluss und zeitweise nach Fäkalien. Das Frühstück ist für Vegetarier/Veganer nicht ausreichend. Keine pflanzliche Milch und auf Nachfrage auch leider keine bekommen, obwohl man dies von einem 4* Hotel erwarten dürfte. Das Brot hatte teilweise schimmelige Stellen. Woher die zahlreichen guten Bewertungen auf booking kommen kann ich mir nicht erklären. Auf Google findet sich eine realistischere Beschreibung wider. Das Personal war jedoch freundlich. Insgesamt muss dieses Hotel dringend saniert werden. Zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt entspricht es eher einem 2* Hotel.

Schimmel maar zeer vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Zeer zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede veilige garage, goede ligging vlakbij openbaar vervoer

Cons:

Muffe geur op kamer (schimmel aan kast)
Schimmel op de badkamer, water loopt onder douche door
Zeer slechte bedden
Slecht ontbijt ( broodjes niet doorbakken, beleg niet gekoeld, half werkende broodrooster, koffie niet lekker)
Lift + kamer zeer verouderd daarom te duur

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό! Χρησιμοποιήσαμε την πισίνα για μια βουτιά το μεσημέρι και το Roof Bar για ένα ποτό το βράδυ με πολύ όμορφη θέα! Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά καλό και το ξενοδοχείο είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο με τα μέσα συγκοινωνίας.

Does not worth the money!
Pros:

The breakfast was the only thing that was ok.

Cons:

This is not a 4 start hotel. Everything is old and dirty. Maybe it was luxury in 2000, but now it looks old. The pictures are really good, but the reality is completely different. The parking is very small and hard to access.

Изключително вежлив и любезен персонал, който компенсира изцяло лошата климатизация на хотела. Лятото е доста топло в стаите, но пък има външен басейн за разхлаждане. На няколко пъти ми се наложи да извикам Хрисиан, Марина, за да помогнат и веднага дойдоха. Дори техник незабавно се отзова да провери инсталацията на климатизиране. Отделно жената в мястото за закуска Пепа, беше изключително човечна и отзивчива. Рядко се срещат такива хора. Попитах колко струва водата от мини бара, но се оказа, че няма мини бар, а водата е комплимент към клиентите. Дори ми дадоха сешуар за временно ползване, въпреки, че в банята си имаше и работеше, но просто беше слабичък и веднага ми намериха решение. Ако съм объркала нечие име (не съм ок с имената и ги питах по три пъти горките хора), например Християн или Хрисиян, се извинявам за което. В Скай бар забравих да попитам бармана как се казва, но ми направи страхотен коктейл. Благодаря! Ще пазя и сапунчето подарък. Към хотела: пазете си персонала, че рядко се намира такъв!

Климатичата инсталация не работеше, а навън беше +38 градуса и дръжката на вратата към терасата беше счупена. Нямаше интернет и телевизия за целия престой. Паркоместата са ограничени и ако има повече гости в хотела трябва да си търсите място за паркиране.

Zeer tevreden over ons verblijf
Pros:

Het personeel was extreem aardig. En schoot gelijk in actie toen onze airco stopte met werken. We werden geüpgraded naar een betere kamer zonder moeite. De locatie is prima, niet in het centrum, maar je kan makkelijk met de bus of taxi naar het centrum. Het ontbijt was inbegrepen en elke dag een beetje hetzelfde maar verder erg prima. De vrouw die over het ontbijt ging was ook erg aardig en kwam persoonlijk ook gedag zeggen als je haar niet gelijk zag. De gehele ervaring maakte het fijn door al het vriendelijke personeel. Het was erg rustig en niet gehorig. De nachten waren erg prettig en de bedden lagen heerlijk.

Cons:

De airco is niet erg sterk, de kamer bleef tussen de 25 en 28 graden volgens de klok met graden meter. Verder rook het een beetje muf in de badkamer.

Friendly staff, hotel is exceptionally clean, the furniture is old and damaged,breakfast not so good
Pros:

It is very helpful that the hotel offers parking in an underground garage.
However, reaching your parking space can be quite challenging, especially for drivers who are not very experienced.
The garage is located on level -2, with very tight turns and narrow driving lanes.

Cons:

The hotel looks similar to the photos, but unfortunately they appear to be quite old and do not accurately reflect its current condition.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is exceptionally clean.
However, the furniture, beds, and overall interior are clearly worn out. Many items show visible signs of damage and heavy use, and the hotel would benefit from a complete renovation.

Breakfast is served in a windowless basement. At first glance, there seems to be a wide selection of food, but most of the products appear to come from supermarkets such as Lidl and are pre-packaged rather than freshly prepared.
There was no fresh bakery bread available.
Hot dishes are prepared in very small batches—for example, eggs are cooked only a few at a time—so guests often have to wait several minutes for the next serving.

There is definitely plenty of space for improvement.
While the hotel is clean and the staff are pleasant, I do not believe it meets the standards of a 4-star property.
In my opinion, it would be more accurately rated as 3-star hotel in the best case.

Hotel para nuestro regreso
Pros:

Hotel con piscina, parking y desayuno, entre el aeropuerto y el centro. Nos dejaron quedar en la piscina hasta por la tarde que teníamos el vuelo, y el personal fue muy atento.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y pasamos calor, tuvimos que abrir la ventana y el balcón (mosquitos y peligro por la altura de 5 piso y la niña).
