We received a lovely welcome at the reception. The room was a good size and clean. The pool was very nice. Good options for breakfast and choice of made to order eggs. Simple, no fuss stay. It was a 15minute taxi to Thomond stadium which was perfect for us when heading to the concert we were attending. Water bottles and a little gift bag with a packet of crisps and soft drink were in the room on arrival. Lovely touch.
The pillows were very big, we had two each per bed space but the two were both quite large so I slept without a pillow. Obviously this is a personal preference. Bed was comfortable and sheets were lovely and fresh.
We booked the room to attend a concert so the price was over inflated due to dynamic pricing. Extortionately so. This really did take away from the night. Not being from Limerick, we had to book accommodation, the Maldron was marginally cheaper than others. Lovely hotel.
Breakfast was really good and Location was perfect
The bath was painted with white paint and it was clear to see not a job well done
Breakfast staff were brilliant Breakfast very nice
Bar staff not great food in the bar was not very nice and when I said it to the waitress she done nothing
No air conditioning in the rooms which on the site says it has power went for 2 hours and nobody new anything so not great value for money
From the moment you walk in the door each member of staff are so welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious 😋 great selection for breakfast. Rooms were very comfortable. Very clean hotel.
No fault at all
Very clean and spacious rooms. Gym and pool excellent.
No air conditioning and we stayed on the hottest day of the year. With the windows open the noise from road outside made it impossible to sleep.

Very little GF food options. Despite the menu showing quite a few - luckily the chef was able to tell me the food i ordered wasnt GF (despite showing om the menu as GF) This would need addressed. All i could eat off the menu was chips
