A place by the sea
Pros:

Generally, a very nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable. A mini fridge is inside. Internet worked well. The sea and the promenade are very close. My room was upgraded at the reception, which was nice. Moreover, I received a pleasant compliment in the room)

Cons:

I was given the wrong room number in the beginning. I heard noise in the neighboring rooms and the corridor, which a bit disturbed me during my online classes. I expected to have a hair dryer in the room, which I did not. But this was minor in comparison to the benefits.
