Pas top...
Pros:

Pas grand chose. J'avais choisi cet hôtel sur la bases des commentaires mais je regrette. Il est à l'écart de la rue principale bruyante qui mène à la place Jemaa El-Fna. Il y a des épiceries et un snack qui ferme à 2h à côté.
Les deux réceptionnistes étaient polis et sympathiques mais le service dans cet hôtel est plutôt déplorable.

Cons:

Des travaux ont lieu dans les bâtiments à côté: tous les jours des coups de marteaux lourds se faisaient entendre faisant résonner les murs dès 7h du matin... Des clients de l'hôtel fumaient dans les coulours et quand on leur demandaient d'arrêter, ils rouspétaient ou sortaient dehors fumer sous votre fenêtre, c'est vraiment de la bétise humaine. Clou du séjour, l'une des personnes que j'ai réprimandée pour avoir recommencé plusieurs fois avec la cigarette dont l'odeur venait dans ma chambre a volé ma serviette.
Literie qui date, vraiment pas bon pour le dos. Des douches sans eau chaude. Propreté correct sans plus.

Let me share my overall experience with this hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an incredibly unfriendly staff member. The first room we were given was unbelievably dirty! We informed the receptionist and were moved to a second room, which was just as filthy. The beds had stains, the pillowcases had black marks, and the floor was disgusting.

After complaining again, we were moved to a third room. Unbelievably, this one was dirty too. The pillowcases hadn't been changed from the previous guests you could clearly see dried saliva stains! Completely frustrated, I spoke to the man again. Without any hesitation, he handed me the actual pillow he had been using to sleep on behind the check-in desk!

Out of sheer desperation, we settled for a fourth room. It still had some stains, but we didn't complain again because it felt entirely pointless.

Things got worse when we left the room. A highly disrespectful man (probably the older receptionist's son) confronted me aggressively, demanding I show him exactly where the dirt was in the previous rooms. We went upstairs together, and with a terrible attitude, he scolded me for moving the blankets off the bed. IMAGINE SOMEONE BOSSING ARROUND AT YOU JUST BECAUSE YOU PULLED BACK THE COVERS TO CHECK FOR DIRT!

For the rest of our stay, both men were polite, likely realizing their behavior had been completely unacceptable.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. I am waiting for an official response from the management. I hope they realize their severe mistakes and apologize.

Excellent emplacement à 4 minutes de la place Djama el fnaa et je suis une tortue. 2 riads en 1 avec javel tous les matins par Fatima excellente femme de chambre. Très propre. Une sdo et wc avec papier WC eau chaude oui par étage. Moi j'avais la 20 côté soleil c'est super car attention pas de chauffage. Donc privilégié les étages car RDC humide et froid. Grosses couvertures sur demande. Pas de petit déjeuner. 154 euros pour 10 jours. Petite chambre pour petit budget. Plusieurs terrasses lao avec des cordes pour le linge. Patron très gentil. Son veilleur de nuit aussi. Lavabo dans la chambre. O voleur j'ai laissé mon or en journée et pas de soucis. Serviette de toilette à demander sinon il n'y en à pas d'office. Très bien pour budget serré. Matelas un peu ferme ajouter une couverture. Pas de petit déjeuner. Vue dégagée depuis lao. Prise pour tel oui. Fenêtre oui
