Skvělý hotel
Pros:

Dobrá snídaně, ochotný a milý personál. Čistý hotel. Pohodlné spaní. Do centra je to kousek, ale i v okolí jsou restaurace a obchody. Hotel se nachází na rušné ulici, ale v hotelu je ticho a klid. Rozhodně doporučuji.

Garage, location, sauna area (finnish, turkish, rest room, jacuzzi - you have to be in swimsuit which in hotels is normal), breakfast room, breakfast was good for 2 nights, not sure if still if stay longer

Cons:

At 1st we received a room we hadn't booked but we changed it into what we had booked, the room is small, so to bigger space you simply go to sauna area

Jó helyen van, minden része a hotelnek elegáns, jól néz ki, kényelmes, csendes szoba, maximális tisztaság.

Cons:

A helyszínen szembesültünk azzal, hogy a félpanziós foglalásunk ellenére vacsorát nem kapunk, mert nincs nyitva az étterem. Biztosított arról a recepciós, hogy a különbözetet, tehát a vacsorák árát vissza fogjuk kapni. Ez a mai napig nem történt meg. Írtunk emailt, nem reagáltak semmit.

Modern and clean with helpful staff.

Cons:

Appreciate that the location is a fixed factor but being on a major through road, the traffic noise is very loud even though the obvious sound insulation provided by the windows eliminated some but no where near all of the extra loud motorbikes and cars whizzing past.

Ein Besuch in Tirana mit vielen architektonisch interessanten Gegensätzen!
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, da man fußläufig alles Sehenswerte erreicht. Das Frühstück war gut, der Service hier sehr gut und aufmerksam! Wäre es frisch gepresster Orangensaft gewesen, wäre alles perfekt. Leider waren die Säfte (für uns) ungenießbar. Sehr gut war, dass die frischen, leckeren Erdbeeren stets nachgefüllt wurden - wie alles andere auch!

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass die junge Dame an der Rezeption uns sehr unpersönlich "abgefertigt" hat. Sehr schnelle ungeduldige Erläuterungen zu allem Wesentlichen.
Auch anderen Gästen gegenüber zeigte sie ähnliches Verhalten, fragte ein Gast nach, rollte sie die Augen. (Das geht garnicht in einem 4 Sterne Hotel)
Zunächst bekamen wir die Information, dass die Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs extra Gebühr kostet. Erst auf mein Nachfragen, bekamen wir die Antwort: "Ach nein, eine Std. ist inkludiert".

Great Hotel, Great Spa, No halal food though.
Pros:

The hotel was very good, it's near some restaurants, cafes and shops so that's quite handy. The hotel staff were also great and the spa services were too good. I'd recommend anyone who's looking for a good hotel in Tirana to stay there.

Cons:

The breakfast was very very bad, there were cooked eggs in the buffet and they were not made on demand. They had no concept of Halal, when asked about Halal food, the restaurant lady pointed out to the items which had pork and said these have pork, and others have chicken, but never explicitly said if they were halal (As it's common in albania, that most of the meat is non halal). That was a real disappointment and slightly affected our trip as breakfast is one of the things we look forward to during our stay.
