We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The only downside was that the location was a little far from town and there weren’t

très complet et très bon

Cons:

Rien si se n'est que nous avions réservé notre séjour avec la demi-pension mais à notre arrivée ils nous ont indiqué qu'il n'y avait plus de restauration pour le soir
Nous attendons notre remboursement pour le service que nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier .

Pros:

ארוית הבוקר היתה טובה , אצלנו לא היתה כלולה במחיר הלינה ושילמנו 10 אירו לאדם, קצת יקר בהשוואה למקומות אחרים ולמה שכללה.

Cons:

צוות הקבלה כשהגענו לא נתן אינפורמציה על המלון וכל דבר היינו צריכים ליזום ולשאול ונתנו תחושה שאנחנו מציקים להם, כמו כן בחדר לא היה מידע לגבי הספא או הסביבה ושוב נאלצנו להעזר באנשי הקבלה שביום ההגעה היו פחות משתפי פעולה לעומת היום למחרת

Struttura nuova,moderna e bella.Stanza e bagno comodi e puliti .Colazione buona e varia. SPA carina e personale gentile e disponibilissimo .

Cons:

Sulle recensioni avevo letto che la SPA era disponibile un’ora gratis tutti i giorni per gli ospiti dell’hotel,invece abbiamo dovuto pagare sempre 1500 leke a persona (che con il cambio diventano circa 16€) per 90 minuti.
