Pros:

Ich fand das Zimmer, es lag nicht im Haupthaus, geräumig und für mich genau richtig. Mein Auto konnte ich auch nach dem Auschecken noch dort geparkt lassen und einige Stunden am Strand verbringen. Der Fahrradverleih lief reibungslos. Ich war zufrieden und würde auch wiederkommen.

Cons:

Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer funktionierte nicht.

Wir würden in paar Jahren nochmal kommen.
Pros:

Die Lage war super, 25min zu Fuß zum Strand, auch mit dem Fahrrad was man sich in der Unterkunft leihen konnte war alles gut zu erreichen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto waren sehr gut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Unser Zimmer war groß, freundlich und geräumig und das Bad modern und groß.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer hätte besser sein können. Gerade im Bad. Das Zimmer wurde einmal, trotz Bescheid geben vergessen zu putzen und an den anderen Tagen wurden gefühlt nur die Handtücher ausgetauscht, Klopapier aufgefüllt und das Bett gemacht. Wir hatten nicht den Anschein das mal gesaugt und staubgewischt wurde. Auch bei Ankunft am ersten Tag war das Zimmer nicht richtig rein, von Staub und Krümeln. Auch auf den Hinweis (auf Englisch) das die Handseife aufgefüllt werden muss, wurde nicht reagiert.
Wir geben 5/10 Punkten für die Sauberkeit.

Well located by dissappointing rooms
Pros:

The hotel is well located at walking distance of the dunes, sea and some restaurants (I recommend the "Het Schouwse Pannenkoekenhuis" delicious ! )

Cons:

There are parking at the hotel but it's 9€ per days (and there are no other options to park so you have to pay...).

But .... it sold as "with a swimming pool", but it's actually in another Hotel, even if it's close by, when it rains it's not great.
And the room... the hotel was more than 100€ per nights in off season so not luxury but also not something low-cost... the room was really dirty... I don't think someone cleaned under the bedside tables in a very long time and the bathroom shower was mouldy, the plaster above it was falling down and (for some reason) it's a paper on the wall...which was also falling down...
The vent emits a whistles 24/7 which is extremely annoying to sleep.
Our rooms were facing the street where they put the glass garbage, which they were using at 23.00 and emptying around 7.00 so not great...
People were smoking on their terrace (on a "non smoking" spot) so you get to enjoy that smell in your room too.

Very disappointing...

Gute und zentrale Lage für viele Aktivitäten in Zeeland.
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage, gleichwohl zentral gelegen für Ausflüge per Rad oder Auto, gefällt.
Da Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und reichlich.

Cons:

Die Eindrücke aus dem ersten Aufenthalt im März 2026 haben sich leider nicht im positiven Sinn wiederholt. Ein junger Mann aus dem ansonsten überwiegend freundlichen und weiblichen Personal fiel über alleTage hinweg als sehr unfreundlich und abweisend auf. Es ist kein Problem, wenn man als Gast selbst über den Zimmerservice entscheidet, wenn nach drei Anfragen nach Zimmerservice in 10 Übernachtungen keine Bezüge gewechselt und offensichtlich lediglich die Handtücher gewechselt und der Papierkorb geleert wird, überzeugt das nicht. Schade, wir hatten es in guter Erinnerung und hatten deshalb erneut gebucht. Dies wird wohl künftig nicht mehr sein…

Pros:

4eme fois que je viens. Le staff est gentil et compétent. Le pt déjeuner délicieux et le repas au restaurant parfait.

Cons:

La terrasse à l'entrée du pavillon n'était pas très propre, la chambre pas faite entre les 2 nuits.

Chambre super mais pour le reste vmt banal!

L’emplacement est chouette, la possibilité de louer des vélos et la qualité de la literie! Chambre spacieuse, établissement calme et bien insonorisé.

Cons:

Accueil médiocre, on ne vous explique rien, à peine si vous n’avez pas l’impression de déranger!!!on a parlé en anglais et on nous a donné un mini fascicule en néerlandais………il faut scanner un QR code si vous voulez louer des vélos (là aussi, débrouillez vous pour savoir où ils sont et près de qui il faut aller chercher la clé!), encore un QR code pour le distributeur à boissons… cmt fait-on sans smartphone!!?
Petit déjeuner banal, seuls les œufs et le bacon sont faits maison… et cerise sur le gâteau, on vous compte d’office le parking à 9€… c’est bien dommage pour un hôtel de ce « standing »…

Pros:

Das große Zimmer. (Komfort Doppelzimmer)

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich, welchen man mitbenutzt kann. Es war Miserabel.
dreckig, unhygienisch, Kabel guckten aus der Wand. Lampen defekt etc.
Laut anderen Gästen, war es im Vorjahr bereits der selbe Zustand.
