Maintenance Complains
Pros:

Room was comfortable

Cons:

The TV is a NO for me, I couldn't view a single clear channel, even after calling the attention of the staffs, it was still unresolved. Along the line the A. C stopped working which was resolved after several calls and complains. The toilet was extremely small that I couldn't wash when I poo, I have to get into the shower to clean up

My stopover hotel
Pros:

Location is great, staff are wonderful. The rooms were neat and well maintained. I love how responsive the reception and other staff are.

Cons:

The bathroom was not great, the Air conditioner was noisy. The meals were not quality as I was used to at this place.

The free wifi was a plus

Cons:

Bad mobile network reception and Both of the rooms I was put in on the ground floor were both infested by rats and the only fix by the house keeping manager was rat gum which was blatantly absurd. Management should do better.
