​My cousin and I had a terrible experience with this hotel. After booking and calling the reception beforehand to confirm their location, they still gave our reserved room away before we arrived.
​During the argument that followed, a lady—who appeared to be the manager—approached us, apologized for their mistake, and drove us to their Alade branch just for that night. However, her driver made a very rude and embarrassing comment, claiming we were "favored and privileged" to be at the Alade branch because the room was "far more expensive" than what we paid. In reality, we had even paid extra above our initial booking fee.
​We were returned to the original hotel the next day, only to face more issues: a non-working Smart TV remote and unprofessional billing practices, such as being instructed to pay ₦4,000 for laundering a single pair of clothes into an individual worker's personal account instead of the official business account.
​This hotel is completely run on eye-service, lacks proper management, and treats paying guests with absolute disrespect.

Very bad experience in all ramifications.Never again

I booked with confirmation and on reaching the hotel from the airport. I was informed that they have given the place I booked to someone else and no more available place in the hotel.They directed us to another Presken hotel in No 17 Alade Avenue.This was the worst experience in my history of lodging in a hotel. The toilet along the corridor was smelling. The room we were given throughout the night we couldn't sleep, crockroches jumping all over the place .Loud noices throughout the night from the corridors of the hotel . To crown it all cold pap and cold fried egg.We made a report to the manager at the reception but she felt less concerned.The experience was horrible .

Presken hotel Alade Avenue where we had the worst experience that caused us sleepless night,the day we needed rest after a long flight

Poor Hotel Management at Presken
Cons:

The hotel was very unprofessional, before we arrived the hotel, I was reached out to know when i would check in and i mentioned, it was booked for my mom and she would possibly come in between 2-3pm , approx 1-2 after the 1st call , i was called again and the hotel mentioned that the room they kept for me had a leaking roof, this was already past checking time, I mentioned it was not a problem if it wasnt raining, we only needed the room for the night, only for my mum to arrive around 6pm and the hotel manager called me to mention that they actually had no room available, that it was an error from one of the staff, it took them about 2 hours to resolve this issue and we finally checked in arround 8:30pm. In summary the staffs were very dodgy, it was obvious they had done something unethical.

Great overall.
Pros:

The staff., including Pelumi, Chibuzor, Favour,Folasade, Mr Utomi, the 2 female receptionists and security guards.
The Food is good as well.

Cons:

The pool is not very clean and not aesthetically pleasing. There were mosquitoes in the room.

Close to the airport
Cons:

After the reservation on booking.com the hotel confirmed only to receive a cancellation message by the time I arrived in Lagos . I was thrown off balance and started searching for a place until the hotel called back and said that someone had just checked out
