Pros:

The apartment had everything that a person can need in daily basis

Cons:

They could have served bottle of water or atleast had bottle of water in the fridge based on the number of days stayed

The apartment didn't just come whit Ur basic refreshments but the owner go out of his way to make sure that there are essentials like spices, sources , toothpaste and extra not only to make Ur stay as comfortable as possible but for little important things we tend to forget he has Ur back

Cons:

The fact that the property does not have designated parking was very limiting as the location of the aparthotel is not the safest area. Therefore we were constantly worried about our vehicle and needed to check up on it during the night. This then resulted in us not wanting to drive out to places worried that we would lose our parking spot opposite the building where we would then need to look for another parking space elsewhere when we return from going out.

AVOID THIS PLACE!
This is the worse apartment I have ever visited
You have to wait before getting checked just because they won’t give you room number and their staffs literally don’t know how the management operates
Tokyo apartments are so unprofessional
After making me wait for so long after a long ass flight
I requested to wait somewhere with my bags even if I can’t check in just yet and after standing for 1hour one of the staffs eventually took me to the m floor ,I sat and waited for hours
Only for them to cancel my stay at exactly the time I was supposed to check in
I was left stranded,booking didn’t refund me ,I had to find means to get another apartment

It was an amazing 2 days. I loved the unit and the area. The staff was great too

I didn’t like that there’s no balcony to smoke in. And alcohol isn’t allowed at rooftop, even to smoke at the rooftop isn’t so that’s just that.

It was a cute and cosy apartment and enjoyed my stay.

The apartment was cosy and modern and absolutely comfortable.

Diagonal opposite to the apartment there is construction, so there was noise every day.
