Pros:

Расположение. Не смогла там оставаться больше одной ночи, но нужно отдать должное, за остальные ночи деньги вернули.

Cons:

Очень грязные стены, плесень в ванной, сырость, чайник есть, но кружек нет, комната очень маленькая.

Odaları temiz harikaydı özellikle sabah oda temizliğine gelen arkadaşlar çok tatlıydı bazen oda da olduğum vakit beraber temizledik. Yerel kıyafetlerimle görünce fotoğraf çekilmek istediler. Kahve ısmarlamak istedim ama çok yoğun çalıştıklarını söylediler. Maaşlarını arttırmalısınız. Çalışanları kırmayın.

Dışarda kurutma askılı ve ekstradan sandalye olması iyi olur çünkü 2 kişi kalan odalarda bir tane sandalye var bu yorucu oluyor.

Good location and value for money but the aircon needs cleaning as it smelt mouldy and the staff could be more friendly

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The staff were not very friendly. I had water constantly dripping onto my balcony from an above floor and the staff didn’t seem to care when I notified them. It prevented me from spending time on my balcony. The aircon smelt mouldy.

I will stay there again when coming to Nha Trang
Pros:

I really enjoyed staying there and it was for 8 nights. The location it’s perfect nearby restaurants, shops, short walk to the beach but in the meantime it’s a quiet street where you can really have a deep sleep. The room was very beautiful and clean, bonus a cute balcony. The staff it’s very friendly and helpful, specially the girl from the reception, she even helped me with the luggage when I checked in, she was very very kind. The housekeeping ladies as well, very very nice people. The elevator works perfectly, there’s also a small fridge in the room. Loved the quality of the towels and the fact that there are provided many amenities.

Vị trí ngay trung tâm, dễ di chuyển và định vị
Lễ tân nhẹ nhàng, dễ thương

Cons:

1. Quy định cứng nhắc, dù khách đã book ở full ngày cuối đến 18h, nhờ dọn phòng để trưa về nghỉ ngơi vì nhiều rác và hết khăn tuy nhiên Ks từ chối và không hỗ trợ. Book 2,5 ngày và chỉ đc dọn phòng đúng 1 lần
2. Phòng xuống cấp nhiều, nguồn nước không ổn định phậm phụt liên tục. Tường dơ và chóc nhiều mảng
3. Khu vực tầng 12 hồ bơi không được bơm nước đầy đủ, lan can không có rào chắn an toàn rất nguy hiểm.
4. Tầng hầm để xe rất hôi và nhiều muỗi.

В первом номере, который дали сильно шумел блок кондиционера за окном. После некоторых переговоров, предоставили другой номер, больше и лучше. За что огромная благодарность персоналу отеля.
