駅近、車で便利。
Pros:

美濃加茂駅まで、徒歩5分。車なら無料専用駐車場がある。

Cons:

喫煙者なので、喫煙所又は喫煙室があるとありがたかった。駅至近なのに、コンビニが全然ない。
