I would stay again
Pros:

Very luxurious nice neighbourhood with lovely cafes bars and restaurants around and 30 min nice walk to beach/downtown. Amara train station is very close too, if you fancy a trip to biarritz or hendaye. Recpetion staff very friendly and room spotlessly clean.

Cons:

No problems at all.

Cons:

celý standard odpovídá nižší kategorii, snídaně velmi jednoduché na úrovni 3*, večer nemožnost posedět v příjemném prostředí, část přízemí zhasnutá a bistro je přístupné veřejnosti, takže hoteloví hosté nemají místo , vše velmi jednoduché - nejhorší poměr cena/výkon za 14 dní cesty po severním Španělsku.
Lokalita je daleko od centra a sama nic nenabízí v okolí.

Cons:

L’emplacement qui nécessite de prendre le bus si on fait 2A/R plage ou vielle ville.

Fantastic find in San Sebastian
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Good size room. Very clean. Amazing bed - so comfortable. Great breakfast. Fabulous, traditional bar adjoining the hotel.

Cons:

Bit of a trek to the old town, but manageable.

Non penso di tornare, troppo costoso per ciò che offre
Cons:

All’ arrivo i gestori si sono rivelanti dei controllori ossessivi su tutto: posto auto, valigie, funzionamento della stanza…come fossimo alla nostra prima esperienza.
La struttura non prevede la colazione ma solo un piccolo snack confezionato, alla richiesta di indicazioni alternative abbiamo ricevuto pochissime informazioni
La camera mi è sembrata piccola con pochissimo spazio per i bagagli e con un’ aria condizionata che smette di funzionare alle 3 di notte.
Alla nostra dipartita poi ci è stato chiesto espressamente di mettere il massimo nei punteggi di valutazione…

Pulito, ma con diversi aspetti da migliorare.
Pros:

le camere sono spaziose e pulite, così come le aree comuni dell'hotel. buona anche la presenza e comodo il parcheggio a pagamento nel garage. la palestra è abbastanza fornita, ma apre alle 9 e chiude alle 21.

Cons:

posizione: è a minimo 30 minuti a piedi dai posti da vedere, l'auto è meglio lasciarla in garage per girare a san sebastian.
wi-fi: si disconnette continuamente, ho provato a fare delle call ma è stato impossibile. ho fatto notare la cosa in reception chiedendo se potessi usare le sale meeting, mi è stato detto che dovevano verificare se ci fosse un evento o meno ma non mi hanno fatto più sapere nulla. Il wifi non funzionava nemmeno per guardare un film la sera in camera.
Dalla camera si sente tutto quello che succede in corridoio, il minimo rumore è come avere la porta aperta.
I cuscini li ho trovati molto scomodi, sono rimasta bloccata col collo. Da un 4 stelle mi aspetto una qualità migliore, almeno per il sonno!
