Great bed, great location
Room was bit smelly initially
The cleaning staff serviced the room every day and if we needed anything they provided what we needed, they kept our room clean and tidy.
There were no tissues in room and there was a lot of noise outside and there was no direct area to go to bistro we had to walk through car park.
Room was comfortable, great access out to the street (yet secure) and access to the pool and spa
The curtain around the door did not cover so it was very bright all night. The bathroom door was extremely heavy to push and I caught my hand in it at one stage. The room was also not clean, we had sugar packets and sugar all over the table when we arrived. At check in the gentleman was too busy speaking with another staff member about his wine in the back room and it wasn't whiskey so the other staff member wouldn't be interested. There was also no information about privacy policy when I was asked for my full license which the details were taken and my credit card number was recorded. How am I to know this information is being stored safely. Most places use the eftpos machine to take a credit card hold. This did worry me and my husband as we have had our bank account emptied by a similar scam at a car hire establishment.
The rooms were very clean, location central to everything, the heated pool was awesome
