Pros:

En general, el personal fue amable y atento durante nuestra estancia. Destaco especialmente el excelente trato del equipo del restaurante, quienes siempre mostraron una actitud muy cordial y servicial.

Cons:

Como área de oportunidad, considero que algunas personas del equipo de recepción podrían mejorar un poco la actitud y la atención al cliente para lograr una experiencia aún más completa.

We loved everything but the dining room food
Cons:

The food in the main restaurant was - dated? The menu was uninspired and boring. We went across the street to eat after the first dinner. We had planned to not leave the property for a week

The hotel was nice, the food and drinks were very expensive.
Pros:

We had paid breakfast but on the first day it was not logged correctly in their system.

Cons:

Very relaxing. Attentive staff. Hotel with a personality.

Estadia deliciosa!
Pros:

O hotel é lindo, extremamente confortável e o staff é muito gentil. Instalações novas e limpas. A praia privativa e a piscina no terraço são um destaque!

Cons:

Único ponto negativo a se comentar é que o “café da manhã incluso na reserva” é apenas um prato de frutas e ovo mexido com bacon. Não é estilo buffet e outros pratos são cobrados a parte.

Fantastic staff and beautiful beach and pool, but drinks are way overpriced
Pros:

This was my 4th time at El Ganzo, and the staff continues to make this place special. The beach, pools, and rooms are all wonderful and the art focus continues to make the stay very enjoyable.

Cons:

Again, as my 4th time at El Ganzo, I was taken aback by the increase in prices for food/drink, especially drinks. Many cocktails were $30+ after the 15% service charge was added. A can of Coke was over $7. Because of this it, unfortunately, might be my last stay here.
