All the staff was helpful

Cons:

Very disappointing stay. The bathroom door was extremely dirty (as shown in the photo), and the whole place felt neglected. There were mosquitoes everywhere and no proper facilities at all, despite the listing clearly stating that the bathroom would include a hair dryer and basic amenities.

The address on Booking was incorrect, which caused us an extra hour of stress trying to find the place, and no one answered until much later to guide us. The pictures shown online are completely misleading and far from the reality of the building.

On top of that, the linen was dirty and the room was very noisy, making it impossible to properly rest. Overall, a very poor experience and definitely not what was advertised.
