Check-in hat nicht funktioniert
Pros:

Die Nähe zur Lanxess Arena war perfekt. Kurzer Weg zum Konzert und schnell wieder zurück.

Die Anbindung zum Kölner Hauptbahnhof war ebenfalls perfekt.

Check-out lief reibungslos.

Cons:

Der Check-in hat Online nicht funktioniert. Es kam keine Email über die wir den Zugang zum Hoteleingang oder Hotelzimmer hätten erhalten sollen.

Dementsprechend sind wir nicht einmal ins Hotel reingekommen. Nach mehrmaligen klingeln hatte leider keiner aufgemacht. Wir sind erst reingekommen als ein anderer Hotelgast uns die Tür geöffnet hatte.

An der Rezeption haben wir eine Schlüssel Karte fürs Zimmer bekommen und den Online Schlüssel sollten wir später nochmal versuchen. Am Abend hatten wir leider immernoch keinen Zugang über unsere Handys und die Schlüsselkarte für das Zimmer, hat auch nur fürs Hotelzimmer funktioniert. Wir sind dementsprechend wieder nicht ins Hotel gekommen.

Dadurch, dass die Rezeption zu der Zeit nicht mehr besetzt war, mussten wir vor Ort anrufen, worauf wir dann einen Pin für die Tür erhielten.

Die Email mit der wir das Hotel und Hotelzimmer betreten sollten, kam erst am Abend am darauffolgenden Tag.

Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.
Alles was man braucht findet man direkt vor der Tür. Die Deutzer Freiheit ist eine kleine belebte Einkaufsstraße.
Der Bahnhof sowie U-Bahn sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Länger als zwei Nächte würde ich nicht übernachten. Das Badezimmer war altmodisch, der WC Eimer noch von den Gästen vor uns voll. Aber zum Duschen reicht es.
Das Doppelbett war ziemlich klein, und stand in einer Nische, ausstieg nur auf einer Seite, und der war sehr eng.
Zimmer sehr klein und spartanisch eingerichtet. War aber okay.

Pros:

Top Lage, nahe Lanxess Arena.

Cons:

Keine Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel. Parkhaus der Lanxess Arena wird empfohlen. Ist aber nicht weit weg.

Nicht empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Auf dem Bett fehlte die Matratze, der Handwerker war im Zimmer um die Dusche zu reparieren obwohl wir das Schild " BITTE NICHT STÖREN " ausgehangen haben.
Der Handwerker hat die Räume dreckig hinterlassen und aus dem Duschschlauch lief immer noch so fest das Wasser, dass der Duschkopf aus der Halterung mir auf den Kopf und Fuß gefallen ist.
Die Dusche an sich war sehr eng, die Fugen verschimmelt, die Duschtüren blieben nicht offen.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein, so dass man seitwerts zu dem sehr kleinen Bett ohne Ablage zwängen musste.
Mein Mann und ich waren sehr enttäuscht, sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt.
Der Teppich im Eingang war auch sehr dreckig. Wir waren froh als wir dieses Hotel verlassen durften.

Really Good!
Pros:

The rooms were really clean and were refreshed each day we stayed with fresh towels and water for the room. The receptionist Hasan was also great and incredibly helpful when giving us information about the city and where to eat etc. He was genuinely a lovely person and a pleasure to talk with.
