I had the worst experience living in this property. The instructions are not clear how to enter inside the building and the instructions provided didn’t work at all.

Cons:

Very poor hospitality. Extremely arrogant staffs

Very friendly and helpful staff, good price, central related to lanxess arena
Pros:

Central concerning event location and stations to go further, 10% voucher for a breakfast Café just around the corner, shops for everyday-life just around the corner as well, the price

Cons:

High floor, no lift, very warm in the room(outside 30°), no air conditioning (but a fan), with open windows: very noisy from the outside though not a main road, oropax at the counter would have been helpful

Good stay just wish there eas better aircon
Pros:

Nice location, lots of amenities nearby, nice pubs and food, decent walking distance of the cathedral

Cons:

Shower head wouldnt stay on the holster, the rooms were not great for the heat even though fans were provided they were like a sauna.
