Perfect place to stay, great location if you have kids at UC.
Pros:

We've stayed here while visiting our kids at UC and it's a beautiful hotel. Staff is lovely and rooms are clean, and very large. We enjoy the restaurant and roof top bar.

Whatever you expect to pay double it! The hotel will charge you double simply to be there
Pros:

Friendly staff
Lighting and design

Cons:

Property falsely advertised free public parking where in reality there is 3 spot for the whole building free. The only other options are $43.12 valet or $30 parking 2 blocks away.
Hotel charged $150 random charge despite only sleeping there for seven hours.
Room smelled like weed even though the property advertises non-smoking.
Blackout curtains do not fully shut so expect to be broken up at daybreak.
The facility of charges on everything even down to a water if you want in your room for $6 a bottle
