A few things disappointed us during our stay:
* There were no power outlets by the bed. In fact, there was only a single available outlet on the opposite side of the room, near the balcony, making it very inconvenient to charge phones or other devices overnight. I even had to unplug the TV and the minibar fridge just to charge my power bank and other devices.
* Bathrobes for the pool and spa were not included and had to be rented for an additional fee.
* Both the hotel and our Deluxe Double Room were noticeably more worn and dated than the photos suggest. The pictures set expectations that didn’t quite match the reality.

Aunque Hay ascensor, hay algunos tramos de escaleras por la estructura de la casa, que tiene pinta de ser unión de varias antiguas.

Brak informacji że basen i sauna jest tylko dostępna popołudniami więc nie ma możliwości z pociechami pójść rano.
Brak czajnika chociaż w pokoju, bo kto widział wykupić nocleg z wyżywieniem ale za cherbate czy kawę i tak trzeba zapłacić 17zl mimo że jesteś gościem hotelowym.
W naszym przypadku dziecko się rozchorowało zaczęło wymiotować, zgłoszenie na recepcję z prośbą o chociaż misję aby nie pobrudzić w pokoju. Odpowiedź zaraz będzie czas oczekiwania był jednak 40 min, bo mi nie chcieli wydać miski

Hotel usytuowany w bliskiej odległości od krupówek,ok 600 m do skoczni. Wszędzie można w łatwy sposób się dostać w różne kierunki Zakopanego, przystanek autobusowy po drugiej stronie ulicy, również busy się zatrzymują.
Uwaga do kierownictwa obiektu Śniadania powinny być co najmniej od godziny 7:00 lub aby była możliwość otwarcia wcześniej stołówki. Rozumiem że personel ma zakaz otwierania wcześniej stołówki. Dużo turystów wychodzi wcześnie w góry. Turyści z takim nastawieniem przyjeżdżają

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, możliwość przechowania bagażu, strefa basen/sauna w cenie pokoju, bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone śniadanie w cenie.

Miła obsługa. Smaczne śniadania. Basen. Dobra lokalizacja. Spokojna część Zakopanego.
Brak gniazdek koło łóżka. Jedyna gniazdko w pokoju znajdowało się za komodą gdzie stał telewizor. Byliśmy z mężem dostaliśmy pokój z dwoma łóżkami gdzie materace wysuwały się z łóżka. Zamiast normalnej poduszki były plaskie małe jaśki. Wykładziny w całym hotelu poprzecierane, zaplamione. Ogólnie cały hotel wymaga gruntowego remontu. Brak możliwości zrobienia sobie kawy czy herbaty w pokoju. W recepcji koszt kawy dla klienta hotelu taki sam jak w lokalach na krupówkach. Ogólnie lepiej wygląda na zdjęciach niż w rzeczywistości.
