The room and bed condition were not comfortable and did not meet basic expectations.

The hotel location is not suitable, as it is adjacent to a graveyard, which made the stay uncomfortable.

There was no proper water supply in the bathroom.

Breakfast service was poor—food was expensive and only available after 8:30 AM, which is inconvenient for guests.

Overall, the experience did not meet the expected standards. I request you to look into these issues and take appropriate action. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter at the earliest.

Ничего не украли - это уже хорошо.
Есть чайник, шкаф для одежды. Дружелюбный персонал. Спасибо за раннее заселение.
Вкусный завтрак.
До электрички минут 20 пешком.

Cons:

Узкие лестницы - чемодан нести проблемно.
Ночное заселение соседей очень шумно.
Нет холодильника. Нет горячей воды и нагревателя.
Уборку надо просить.
Рядом кладбище. Трущобы.

The location was decent, eventhough no taxi can enter the lane as it's both narrow and inaccessible.

Cons:

Poor service. Small damp rooms.
Rude and bad staff behaviour.
Unsafe locality.

Next door is a garbage dumping place

Horrible experience on booking this hotel.

Cons:

Pathetic hotel at Pathetic Location. Was shown good in the pictures but in reality it's quite inside the slum with terrible smell and very untidy rooms.
