The shower was dirty with hair on the shower floor.
The walls were nasty in the bathroom. There was no usb ports to charge my phone. The room phone did not work. There was no remote. I had to search for it and went back to the desk and he said he forgot to give me one. The gentleman also tried to charge me an additional fee of $100 for cleaning after I told him I already paid for everything through booking .com

Cons:

Had multiple people enter my room while I was in there due to miscommunication between the workers. Junkies laying in the hallways. Keys had to be replaced multiple times because they kept not working to get into my room. I felt unsafe.

I will never stay there again or remember anyone to do so, despite the frontdest manager is a very nice person

I like the manger, the gentleman at the front desk. He was very polite and hospitable.

Cons:

I did not like the shelter part of it. I did not like that it’s located right next to a train track and the train passing is very disturbing. It’s also in a place that has a lot of police activity because people often gets rub of there jurally and other belongings.
