Pros:

Good location to use metro or taxis to major sightseeing sites. Breakfast was basic but ok. The staff were super helpful on arrival I had problems getting Alipay to work 李 （Lee） allowed us to go up to the room after an early arrival and rest for a few hours. When leaving also had issues to order a taxi with amap again Lee help us out.

Absolument personne ne parle anglais et nous avion s réservé une chambre pour 3 mais visiblement ça n’existait pas je trouve ça dommage de proposer cette possibilité surtout qu’on nous a ajouté des supplément alors que j’avais déjà payé pour 3 sauf que barrière de langue oblige nous n’avons pas réussi à nous faire comprendre

We book the king and twin rooms which stated good for 3 guests. The rooms supposed to have a sofa but there were no sofas.

Персонал приветливый, но НИКТО НЕ ГОВОРИТ ПО-английски. Помогали вызвать такси и пытались отвечать на все возникающие вопросы.

Cons:

Местоположение не понравилось. На карте мне казалось, что в центре и близко к закрытому городу, на деле же расположение не в самом благополучном районе (решетки у местных аж до 3 этажа), рядом ничего нет-мы передвигались в итоге исключительно на такси). Сам номер обычный, небольшой, есть чайник и мини-холодильник. В самом отеле есть прачечная и мини gym.
