Pros:

J'étais accompagnée d'une amie qui prenait son avion à 3h du matin et l'hôtel nous a autorisé sans supplément à utiliser la chambre pour qu'elle se repose avant son départ vers 23h.

Cons:

L'hôtel est très bien placé à la sortie du temple du lotus... ce qui engendre énormément de trafic et donc de bruit en journée et jusque vers 21h.
Le personnel est très serviable mais ne parle pas très bien anglais sauf le réceptionniste.

Basic hygiene and hospitality were poor. Towels, bed runners were dirty on arrival.

Upon requesting a new clean glass the next day, the staff ignored the request twice. On the 3rd time, the receptionist argued why I needed a clean glass, and the caretaker complained again while providing a clean glass

The bed is very short and uncomfortable, and advertised amenities like the electric kettle were missing.
