Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
Pros:

Extrem freundliches Personal, sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Sehr ruhiges Hotel, weil es außerhalb vom Zentrum liegt. Landschaftlich super schön.

Cons:

Leider war im Zimmer nur ein Sessel, und die Betten sind extrem hoch. Und es gibt im Hotel keinen richtigen Platz wo man sich als Gruppe aufhalten kann.

Some amenities in the room were nice, especially the toilet and bathroom features. The location is also convenient for visiting Cappadocia. Great view in the hotel not from the room.

Unfortunately, the stay did not meet our expectations. There was a cockroach in the room, and overall cleanliness was not at the level expected from a “luxury escape” property. The room looked much better in the photos than it felt in real life. The balcony was also not a real balcony as expected. Not privacy at all.

The property advertises a pool, but the pool was closed and covered up during our stay so no pool, so we could not use or even see it. The garden also looked like it had not been properly maintained for a while.

We were also charged 25 EUR for our dog, which felt high considering the overall experience. Some amenities, especially the toilet/bathroom features, were nice, but unfortunately they were not enough to make up for the main problems.

We were touring around Cappadocia for two days and wanted to relax and rest before we headed home. This place was ideal for that with breathtaking views of valley. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious. We were given the opportunity for a late check-out with an additional charge.

Rooms lacked a coffee/tea corner. Food choices were limited but a staff member mentioned that the hotel was newly opened and that they were still working around it, so it’s understandable.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful! It is located in a small, charming and cozy town, with a breathtaking view of the Cappadocia hills. The service is excellent – we truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The manager is a real professional, everything was perfectly organized, and thanks to them we experienced an unforgettable hot air balloon flight. I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel the magic of Cappadocia in a unique atmosphere.

Из отеля очень красивый вид . Все внутри современное .

Cons:

Очень много чего не продумано . Часть освещения не работало . Было очень холодно . В номере совсем не убирались хоть мы там были 4 дня . Так же текла крыша . Нам предложили заменить номер на одну ночь , а потом еще на следующую переселить в другой . Тоскать вещи туда -сюда вообще не входило в планы . Компенсацию за неудобства нам так же не предложили
