Dirty Rustic hotel with mosquito infested rooms.Alley entrance no lighting. No parking, Steep steps.

Cons:

Dirty hotel with mosquito infested rooms. The pictures absolutely do not reflect the true likeness of the property. We were a family of 6 and booked for 1 night . On arrival we were told take alternative rooms with no AC, instead of the ones we booked. We refused and were asked to "go away"as they could not accommodate us. Be prepared to carry your luggage up very steep steps and several floors up. No parking facility. You will park on the street and walk through a narrow alley way to the property. Staff are rude with poor communication & unhelpful. Rustic is their meaning of a dirty, shabby hotel. We had to leave as in 40 degrees with wildfires, staying with no AC was not an option. Stay away from this hotel at all costs or you could find yourself stranded in the middle of no where.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in una delle case appartenenti all’albergo diffuso e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Il proprietario gentilissimo e super disponibile insieme al suo staff. Torneremo sicuramente

La presenza del condizionatore ,l'accoglienza del personale e la colazione.

Scarsa pulizia, odore sgradevole, dimensione e posizione.
In camera il pavimento era sporco, le lenzuola e le federe macchiate e il copriletto altrettanto. Appena entrati ci ha avvolto una nube di odore sgradevole, che proveniva dal bagno. Le dimensioni della stanza era molto ridotte, le foto saranno state scattate col grand'angolo. Per quanto riguarda la posizione il problema é il paesino in se, perchè essendo vecchio e su una montagna le strade hanno molta pendenza e sono molto strette.

Location molto carina soprattutto di sera, zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Buon prezzo, è ok per uno/due soggiorni.

Cons:

La doccia è piccola ma in generale i sanitari da rivedere. La colazione poca scelta e il frigo trovato spento in piena estate...la spina non arrivava alla presa. Il wifi non arriva in camera

Struttura davvero carina. L'arredamento classico sia della camera che dell'osteria permette di vivere al meglio l'atmosfera del borgo. Personale disponibile, accoglienza perfetta. Ottima e abbondante la colazione, presente sia la versione dolce sia quella salata. Ottima anche la posizione: centro e castello a pochi passi.

Host gentile e accogliente, gli alloggi si trovano nel centro storico di un borgo molto bello, in una posizione strategica per visitare i dintorni, in particolare per le gole dell’Alcantara e per l’Etna.
