Pros:

Ottima scoperta!! Staff professionale e accogliente. Camere pulite e vista mare incantevole. Colazione per tutti i gusti. Abbiamo apprezzato le torte fresche fatte in casa. Inoltre è possibile gustarsi pasti con ingredienti di prima qualità e aperitivi in un'atmosfera accogliente. L'hotel si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia!! Insomma super consigliato!

Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und sehr sauber!!! Komme sicher wieder!

Cons:

Wer spät nachts ins Hotel zurück kommt, muss oftmals lange klopfen - Klingel funktionierte nicht!! Besser wäre, ein Keycard Scanner oder ganz offen lassen!

Sehr gute Lage zum Strand und tolle Sicht auf das Meer ( fronte Mare ). Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal ( Chiara und Sophia ).

Cons:

Zimmer sehr hellhörig . Da unser Zimmer im 1. Stock war, hörten wir jeden Abend bis spät in die Nacht die Musik der Hotellobby . Sehr wenig Schrank / Ablagefläche im Zimmer. Die Dusche hatte ein wenig Schimmel . Frühstück zwar komplett aber sehr eintönig .

Идеально расположение отеля. Вид из номера на море невероятный. Все в пешей доступности. А девушки на ресепшене невероятные, всегда встречают с улыбкой и всегда помогут и ответят на все вопросы. Мы остались очень довольны.

The best vacation in my life!
Pros:

The location is fantastic. It is a front sea view, and all you need to do to get to the beach is to cross a bicycle lane - no cars or buses here, so it means no traffic noise etc. The room is big enough, with a spacious balcony, a minibar and a safe (it's a bit funny because it's has a real key and not a code to lock it 😉)
The staff is always there to help you. They are super friendly and are doing a great job there.
You get a voucher for the beach (we stayed at #105) and you can also have beach towels for free. Very convenient!
Breakfast is great. I read some complaints but we were absolutely satisfied with the variety and quality.
We loved every moment in Riccione and in Marritimo. Thank you so much for our great time! 💝

Cons:

One thing about breakfast though - some fresh vegetables would be a great addition because it's Italy and you expect their gorgeous tomatos 😀 But on the other hand, Italians usually eat sweets for breakfast, so we should adjust to the local tradition.
Also, not everyone could speak English. We realized that we were guests and didn’t make a fuss about it. The area and the hotel are mainly Italian-oriented, so we started studying basic Italian phrases :) It was never a problem. A nice man working at nights helped me without knowing any English (google translate helped a lot!) when I couldn't get into our room the first evening.
These are not disadvantages even - just something that makes the area unique and appealing!
