Было довольно грязно, в шкафу пришлось мыть полки. Не похоже, что перед моим заселением была уборка. Приборы для еды были грязные в ящике

Чисто и удобно

Cons:

Отсутствие кофе, сахара, соли в номере. Да оно есть в подвальном помещении в аппарате, но от номера класса апартменты ожидаешь наличие на месте.

Arriving late, I had not received the entry code in advance, and the information phone message stated that support would be available until 19:00. Fortunately, I managed to get hold of someone who sent me the code.

I was also required to enter my ID card information, which felt excessive. I came to spend the night, not to apply for a bank loan.

Overall, the "easy self check-in" experience was not what I expected. My expectation is simple: book, receive a code, enter, sleep, and leave. That is exactly how Hugo Apartments handles it, and I will continue using them in the future.

The walls are very thin. If you are looking for a quiet and restful night's sleep, I would recommend Hugo Apartments or another alternative. During my stay, a couple was arguing loudly on one side, while more intimate activities were clearly audible from the other side. The experience felt more like staying in a hostel, similar to one I stayed in 16 years ago where ten strangers shared the same room, rather than in a private apartment accommodation.
