Todo bien con respecto al hotel
Lo malo es que la aplicación donde obtuve las acotaciones me falló yo pedi 2 cuartos y me dieron una suite por lo demás el hotel está muy bonito para la próxima haré un viaje con mis hijos y trataré de hacer el chekeo con el hotel No con la aplicación eso es lo que NO me gustó
Apartment was really lovely and very comfortable
Staff - over zealous and aggressive security. Negligent and ambivalent to safety of guests. Fire broke out in main MGM hotel - they had not called emergency service, made announcement, alerted guests or customers or initiated any evacuation process. When I objected and wanted to call fire dept I was physically hustled and threatened by security staff and given a final warning or face eviction if I said anything. I left the MGM Grand but was approached by tower security who had been contacted via radio and accosted me at elevators in front of a crowd of guests and gave me a warning again. Absolutely disgraceful attitude and bullying. In breach of all safety protocols. Tower staff loudly shouted the warning to me but could not provide an answer when I asked what my infraction was. The aggressive security guard said it didn't matter that he did not know what I had done, he has been instructed to warn me. Unadulterated bullying and vile inappropriate behaviour. Would never return because of this incident

The host allowed an early check in with a $40 fee. We got there at around 10 am and we appreciated the early check in! Great location and the host was responsive.
All the pools but one were closed. MGM advertised 6.5 miles of pools, the only pool open was near tower 3, which is where the unit is located. The pool was pretty crowded and it closed at 4 pm! The unit had a funny smell and the sheets for the hide away bed didn't look new, they seemed cleaned but were stained and there was no mattress pad.
This is an absolutely fantastic property. It's exactly as it looks in the photos. Clean, comfortable and spacious.
