청결 및 시설 노후 개선
Cons:

샤워바닥 경사면 때문에 항상 물이 고여 있습니다. 환풍기 소음과 에어컨을 사용해도 객실이 무척 덥습니다. 4성호텔수준의 청결도는 없습니다.

Pros:

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, which was the only positive part of my stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel itself was dirty and poorly maintained. The room had visible mold, a strong musty smell, and several unclean surfaces. It felt very unhygienic and uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

고촌역에서 마을버스를 타고 가야하는 거리였고(불편하지는 않았음) 주변에 아울렛이 있어, 저녁식사 장소 선택에 어려움이 없었다.

Cons:

조식이 좀 부실했다.. 아마도 숙박한 날 외국인 단체관광객이 와서 그랬는지도 모르겠다.

위치가 현대아울렛과 가까워서 쇼핑하기 매우 편리했음. 고양 스타디움에서 공연 보고 서울 시내와 공항에 가기도 좋았음(택시 이용).

Cons:

13층에 투숙했는데 수압이 말도 안되게 낮았음. 보통 수압보다 반 정도. 프론트 직원에게 문의했으나 많은 사람들이 동시에 이용하는 시간대에 그럴 수 있다는 답변을 받았음(공연보고 새벽 1시~2시쯤 샤워를 했음). 샤워 부스 분리하는 문이나 커튼이 없었음. 배수구쪽 보다 다른쪽 바닥의 위치가 낮아서 물이 배수구쪽으로 잘 빠지지 않고 분리하는 문도 없어서 샤워할 때마다 많은 양의 물이 고여서 매우 찝찝했음. 샤워할 때마다 매우매우 불편했음. 다시 이용하고 싶지 않음.

Okay property, but not worth the price it charges.
Pros:

This property is close to the Gimpo Airport and Goyang Stadium, and that is why I had booked it. The rooms are clean, and there is a 24x7 self checkout convenience store in the hotel.

Cons:

If you’re itinerary involves a lot of main city Seoul, this hotel will be too far, and travelling to main city will be expensive. There is no room service, and no bidet. The rooms tend to be on the smaller size, so plan accordingly.
If you’re travelling via Gimpo Airport, please note that the airport taxi drivers rarely want to go to nearby places, since the taxi fare is less. I had to pay double the meter just to get to the hotel.

If after convenience to get to airport, its fine. BYO food though if after 5pm.

close to airport which was good.

Cons:

food and restaurant. Attended at 630pm, only choice was the chicken restaurant. Pretty sure all meals were microwave type that were served. Staff member on her own doing everything it seemed. Really disappointing.

조용하고 공항에서 가깝고 아울렛 이용 하기도 좋아서 편리하다

Cons:

온수압이 너무 약해서 샤워하기가 어려웠다 요즘 보기드물게 수압이 약한호텔이였다
