Pros:

Excellent location.

Cons:

Fully equipped kitchen and other rooms. TV in the rooms, however one TV didn’t work. Stair case right by the apartment door didn’t look clean.

It has a beautiful location but could use a few updates.
Pros:

Beautiful views, nice pool and hot tub. Great communication.

Cons:

Beach had rocks right off shore making it hard to swim. Some things stained in curtains and sheets. One king bed was rock hard.

A great place to stay right on the beach
Pros:

An amazing location right on the beach. Our unit faced the ocean and had a large balcony. Modern appliances, clean and comfortable. You may prefer a pool view so you can benefit from the morning sunrise.

Cons:

the interior light bulbs were not natural light - more fluorescent - a bright white which was a little odd

Cons:

Did not like the 10:00 a.m. checkout time. Every other place I have stayed in the past the checkout time was 11:00 a.m. Also, the smell of the water in the bathrooms was kind of gross.

Who could ask for more?
Pros:

Great location! 10 steps to the beach which was not at all crowded. Chairs, umbrella, beach towels were all provided. The pool was heated to a comfortable temperature. Grocery, restaurants, bars, diners, misc shopping opportunities were abundant. Staff were all positive, helpful, and friendly. We would recommend our friends and family stay here and We are likely to return ourselves.
