Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Die Lage ist Spitze, wir konnten vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Ca 25 Minuten zur Fähre für das Musical. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern, sogar mit Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Der Spabereich mit einer Dampfkammer und 1 Sauna ist sauber und schön. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Es war ein schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt tollem Personal und super Frühstück!
Pros:

Das ganze Hotel sowie auch die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Die Lage vom Hotel ist super.Man kann Hamburg direkt zu Fuß erkunden.Und das ganze Personal ist super freundlich.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen!

Hotel very well situated. Very clean well appointed room. Fantastic mini-bar in room if you like that sort of thing. Great bar.

Cons:

Didn't really ike the boxed in shower. It doesn't have a car park as such, the public car park is 5 mins away and fairly expensive.
