מיקום טוב . הבריכה נעימה המים מחוממים מעט .מנהלת השירות רולא עשתה מעל ומעבר שיהיה לנו נעים

התארחנו בעבר במלון לאונרדו קלאב שמעבר לכביש והייתה חוויה הרבה יותר טובה בהכל כאן לצערנו היה ממש גרוע.קודם כל חדר מאוד מיושן וקטן . אמבטיה עם תקרה נמוכה אי אפשר להתקלח בעמידה אם אתה מעל 1.85 . אין ונטה לאוורור . המיטה הזוגית לא הייתה נוחה . המיטה השנייה צרה וקשה לא מתאימה לשני ילדים מעל גיל 8 והיא חוסמת את היציאה למרפסת .בגלל שהחדר קטן יש רק כסא אחד גם במרפסת הקטנה יש מקום רק לכסא אחד. ארון חשוך .מזגן מרעיש . למרות שהיינו 4 כל החדר היה ערוך ל2 והיו חסרים מצעים. היה צריך כמה פעמים לבקש לנקות את החדר .
מי שרוצה לאכול בריא יתקשה למצוא שם משהו לאכול. רוב מוחלט של הדברים מטוגנים מוקרמים ומצופים בבצק . וגם אלו לא טעימים המון תבלינים במיוחד כורכום …והקפה גרוע.

Pros:

רולא היקרה דאגה לנו בצורה יוצאת דופן, ותמיד בדקה שלא חסר כלום ושלחה פינוקים.

Everything was wonderful. The female manager working there was incredibly kind-hearted. She was very helpful to me as a newly naturalized citizen and made my daughter, who has cancer, happy. I send my deepest love and respect to the hotel's female manager and Chef Şayha.

Cons:

I liked everything except the receptionist at the entrance who was slow and didn't solve problems very well. The female manager ensured that my daughters and I had a pleasant time at the hotel, and even helped us get bus tickets for our return trip. I wish the female manager much happiness in her life.

ארוחה שישי בערב היתה קצת מאכזבת ביחס לכל שאר הארוחות.
וגם העומס בכניסה לחדר האוכל ביום שישי בערב.
