בתחילת השהייה קיבלו אותנו יפה והייתה תחושה טובה.

Cons:

יש לנו אכזבה עמוקה מהתנהלות צוות הבידור. לא הייתה שום התייחסות לילדה עם תסמונת דאון שהייתה איתנו, מה שהיה מאוד פוגע. למרות שדיברנו עם הצוות על כך, דבר לא השתנה וגם למחרת היחס המזלזל חזר על עצמו. מאכזב מאוד לראות התנהלות כזו כלפי ילדים עם צרכים מיוחדים.

היינו זוג , נהנו מאוד , אוכל טעים מאוד , שירות ברמה , צוות אכפתי ושירותי מאוד ! והפנינה של המקום זאת רולא איוב אכפתית , דואגת שלא אחסר דבר , תמיד מתעניינת ומפתיע בדברים , היא גם תדאג לכם שלא תסעו הביתה בלי מים ושתיה לטעמכם ! בקיצור נחזור שוב ללא ספק !

אהבנו הכל. כל פרמטרים , הפעילויות וכל המתקנים. אבל בעיקר את הצוות המדהים. תודה מיוחדת לרולא ומורן. הוכחתם ששירות איכותי עם בתפוסה מלאה. אפשרי. נמליץ במקצועיות לכולם.

הצוות של המלון מהמם!! בד״כ אני לא כותבת תגובות אבל היחס האישי והטיפול בכל דבר של הצוות הוא פשוט וואו!! אין על רולא שעשתה לנו את הנופש!! האוכל טעים וטרי, נעים ומריח נפלא.
