Comfortable stay at central location with good quality host
Pros:

Our 小管家泡菜 was very prompt in attending to our enquires and attentive to my elderly mum’s needs. She extended our check out time from 12pm to 2pm in consideration that it would be more comfortable for my mum who injured her leg to wait in the room till our airport transfer at 2pm.

Cons:

Nothing

Great stay with my children!
Pros:

The staffs (especially 浩浩Haohao and 然然 Ranran) were very polite and helpful as it was my first time to China.

Cons:

There were some steps from the lifts to the reception that was a bit inconvenient with luggages.
