Heerlijk verblijf gehad in een schone kamer, met vriendelijk personeel.

Schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel zeer gunstige ligging aan de rand van de oude binnenstad.

Overall, not bad.
Pros:

The view from the window is fairly good, the room is spacious with plenty of room for everything, the location in the city center is excellent, with many beautiful places within walking distance, and the staff are very polite.

Cons:

Right after check-in, there was a strong chemical smell at the reception desk, although it was gone by the next day. After we went up to our floor, we noticed that the carpet in the corridor was covered with strange streak-like stains, as if there had once been a flood there and everything had simply been left to dry as it was. In the room, the shower cabin leaked badly, so we constantly had to wipe up a puddle on the floor. The minibar was completely empty, and the fridge was warm. The sauna was open only until 7:30 p.m., which is highly inconvenient for a tourist who would want to relax after a long day of running around sightseeing. In the restaurant, the staff, despite being very polite, kept forgetting what had been ordered. I would have given a higher rating, but the hotel presented itself as a five-star property, and I expected better.
