The best experience I have had at a hotel!!!
Pros:

The entire stay was perfect!!! The staff was amazing!!! So friendly and helpful. From check in to check out best hotel experience!!! We also had to rebook a sight seeing tour that another travel site cancelled and the hotel went above and beyond and booked us a great tour!!!

The staff and the location are perfect but the room is a bit dark, the breakfast buffet is limited.

The staff are awesome, the location is very walkable from the centre.

Cons:

The room is a bit dark, the breakfast buffet is not really for a 5 star hotel - very limited option compared to other hotel that we had been, there is no proper coffee machine.

Le personnel est au petit soin, le centre ville est à deux pas et le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent.
Je recommande fortement pour un séjour découverte visite de la ville.
Si vous avez le temps et un peu de budget n'hésitez pas à tester le salon de massage ☺️

The shower door doesn’t close properly, so a lot of water always leaks onto the floor when we shower. It needs to be fixed.
