This hotel was very peaceful and welcoming. If you prefer quiet luxury, this is the place. Everything felt well-designed and quiet , best hotel stay in haridwar recommending all.

Location.. very difficult to find, room service is very slow, As per the booking room was different and the provided room was very small, an hour delay on serving Breakfast.

Staff was not helpfull at all, after multiple calls and Followups still they were not able to help , Water bottles were chargble as only 1 bottle was in complimentary for 4 people, Tea puches and Coffe poches was not provided properly as it was only for one time in our 2 days stay , Lift was not working , and Specially Location is in very corner and hidden, Staff need to learn hospitality and service as in every request there some term and condition which was explained to us every time ..

I just visited Hotel Shri Shyam in the previous week, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
