Применяли силу и удерживали против воли при проблемах с оплатой. Ремонтные работы в 10 утра сверление. Каждое утро. Шум ресторана прямо за окном. Всю ночь орали. Охранник не адекватный. Применял физическую силу по команде главного менеджера

1-) kahvaltı dahil oda kiraladım. Kahvaltı restoranda ve tek tabak bir bardak çay açık büfe değil. Bunun belirtilmesi gerekiyor. Oda çok kötüydü klima lambalar ve banyo bozuktu odamı değiştirdiler. Havuz otel dışında başka bir firma ile anlaşılmış ancak bunun belirtilmesi lazım bir sokak ötedeki havuzu kullanıyorlar. Bu çok kötü bir durum ancak bunu booking kontrol etmesi gerekiyor burada booking inde hatası var bence. Çok özel olan kahvaltı tabağının resmini de ekledim
I liked that the hotel itself is like a landmark in the city, and it was easy to find among the other large buildings. Also, the bed was good — on the firmer side.It was also good that the bed linens were clean and the air conditioning worked properly. It was 36 degrees outside.
The room had clearly seen quite a few days already — the flooring was coming loose, and the TV was impossible to get working. On the first evening we called a technician who also fiddled with it for ten minutes and eventually got it working. On the remaining evenings we didn't bother anymore. There was only 1 set of towels in the room, even though there were two of us... and they came to change them every day but still never realized there were two of us. We also had to ask for toilet paper ourselves. Breakfast was very poor... I don't think I've ever had such a poor hotel breakfast in my life... and yet this was supposedly a 4-star hotel. At the breakfast table they'd shove a phone under your nose so you could choose whether you wanted an egg fried on one side, an egg fried on both sides, or an omelet. The drink selection was just coffee, tea, and water... is it really that complicated to add juice as an option? The hotel happened to be under renovation, and when someone's running a jackhammer two floors above you all day long... that's awful. Luckily we were out and about a lot, but since the weather was hot, we had to spend more time at the hotel than we would have liked. So basically, this hotel's 4 stars are really more like 2 stars.

Расположение супер, завтрак нормальный, меня переселили на 6 этаж, дали другой номер, который чистый и уютный
Заселили сначала на номер в 5 этаже, который оказался старым прокуренным номером, правда когда я начала жаловаться меня переселили на 6 этаж, чистые номера после ремонта, спасибо администрации
В установленное время номер не был готов! Пришлось ждать. При том, что отель уточнил время заезда и всё равно не подготовили номер.

Otaqlar çox kirli idi,tuvalet bərbad idi.Otağımızı dəyişdirməklərini tələb etdik,qeydiyyat şöbəsi dəyişdi otağımızı yenə eyni vəziyyət idi.Çox köhnə bir oteldi.Səhər yeməyini heç bəyənmədik, üstəlik bir çay belə əlavə içmək mümkün deyildi,əlavə ödəniş tələb olunur.Verdiyimiz pulun bir qəpiyinə də dəymədi.2 gecə qaldıq deyə başqa otelə baxmadıq .
Добрый день! Приехали в Казахстан из России, чтобы показать дочери, родившейся в Казахстане, её Родину и познакомить с культурой. Расположение отеля супер удобное! Из аэропорта на ЛРТ добрались быстро. Очень удобно, что станция в 10 минутах от отеля через красивый парк. До всех нужных нам достопримечательностей доезжали легко. Так же рядом магазин Керуен и нужные нам отделения банков.
Номера новые, вид на Байтерек потрясающий! Особенно понравилось то, что в отеле мыло, гель для душа и шампунь в дозаторах! Очень удобно! В других отелях постоянная проблема с одноразовым мылом, поэтому в ручной клади везу мыло с дозатором с собой всегда. Тут даже не пригодилось)) Для меня это прям плюс! Так же из плюсов то, что вода в постоянном доступе, тоже не в каждом отеле есть. Можно самим набирать в собственные бутылочки, а так же персонал обязательно наполнит графин в номере во время уборки.
Очень красивый и уютный ресторан от отеля с таким же шикарным видом и уютной террасой. Вкусные, сытные и главное - правильно составленные тарелки на завтрак. Мы остались очень довольны и обязательно остановимся у вас снова!
