Pros:

Location is very good.

Cons:

Air conditioner didn't work though it was under 0 degree in the night outside. I asked front staffs two times to check and repair it and they agreed, but the problem was not solved during my stay. Bad service.

The hotel is old and 47,000 Tenge is not value of it to be honest.
Pros:

Location, breakfast and view from the 21st floor

Cons:

Air conditioning was not working and had to leave the window open which was very noisy due to traffic in central Astana. The air conditioning needs urgent fix as the temperature was hot in summer times. The property is very old and requires a good modernization/ renovation. The spa is not part of the hotel and is at the back of the hotel in another building which is very small.
