El desayuno no estaba incluido y el fin de semana no funcionaba el servicio de café de planta baja. Excelente ubicación para viajar en tren.

Nice hotel; clean, comfortable. VERY nice staff. NO PARKING DESPITE WHAT BOOKING.COM HAD PROMISED.

The comfort was excellent, the location very good, the breakfast OK. The best was the staff, extremely helpful and deserving a lot of praise. So why wouldn't I rent again (at least if I travel by car). See below.

Cons:

This is entirely YOUR FAULT, not theirs. You listed their hotel as having parking but that was NOT true. I checked again to gather wit the staff : you DID list their hotel as having parking. I understood it as "free parking", not PAYING parking. Granted it was free at night, and I have arrived late enough. But instead of leaving my car there for the day, I had to leave early. FORTUNATELY the staff was able to tell me where to park my car for the remainder of the day, quite FAQR from their hotel bur reasoanbly close to the places I wanted to visit. So the staff saved my day, despite the obvious mistake YOU committed in listing the as "hotel WITH parking".

Court sejour parfait, communication fluide et aimable, lits propres et confortables.
Pros:

L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé : proche de la gare, mais aussi de possibilités de se restaurer. Le personnel s'est montré aimable, attentionné et disponible. La chambre, les lits et la salle de bain étaient propres et bien équipés. TV et accès Wifi fonctionnaient. Je garde l'adresse pour un prochain passage ou une prochaine visite à Caen. Merci !
