The location is nearby restaurants and malls.
1. Unaccommodating owner. Lack communication of the property details and took too long to answer. You need to ask them so many times before getting a reply.
2. The unit is uncomfortable with the sticky floors, small cockroaches in the kitchen, CR, and bedroom cabinet. The bed's spring hits your back. The balcony door is not closing properly.
3. Asked for a security deposit of P500 and plans to send it back after they received the payment in booking .com app. SD was paid via GCash on the day of check in. And is usually given back after checking the unit for any problem. This one also accused me that I'm a scammer and that my card is in dispute and stolen. If true then why my booking was confirmed.
4. Rude owner. I like to report this unit owner as a scammer.
