Extremely enjoy the park vibe ALWAYS.
As well as the lounge and restaurant we can invite family to join us and don't have to leave for a different coffee shop. They don't mind at all visiting in the park like ambiance...
Please never change that!!
Could use more pillows.

We must remember to bring our own pillows which is inconvenient
Also the pool was out of order dues to lights just when we got there
Our room was spacious and well designed. Bedding was clean and. comfortable. The mattress was not very comfortable. I was expecting it to be as comfortable as the holiday inn express mattresses and it was not.
I found the staff at the front desk to be abrupt and not incredibly helpful. The food at the restaurant was quite terrible. The kitchen was also very slow to replenish my husband’s overcooked fish, only to get another overcooked piece. It was hard and simply shattered when he tried to cut it. He ended up simply not eating any fish. The server was incredibly apologetic. He went to the manager and got my husband’s meal removed from the bill. It was obvious the manager did not want to let him do so, but in the end, she finally relented, which again, shows poor customer service. Our server was great.

Rooms badly need to be updated. Carpets are so disgusting dirty. Bathroom could of been much cleaner. Don't for get the vents!!! Filthy.
The area where the pool and restaurant was so nice. Loved the atmosphere.
