Rooms spacious and spotless.
Buffet dinner really good.

We had an amazing two night stay here. The rooms in the new building we stayed in were exceptionally good, very spacious and with brilliant views for sunset. The venue overall is also great, very peaceful and well maintained. Roshan and his family did everything to make our stay perfect. The evening dinner buffet was also excellent with a large selection of authentic local dishes. We could not recommend highly enough 😊

Le personnel était très accueillant, nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison et le lieu est très beau, entouré de nature.

Concernant les chambres elles sont très confortables, bien que le prix y soit plus élevé que dans les d’autres hôtels, cela en valait le coût.

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön! Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber, die Anlage sehr nett gestaltet und das Personal ausgesprochen bemüht und gut gelaunt. Die Lage ist top für Safaris, die auch von der Unterkunft organisiert werden. Außerdem war das Essen (sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen) ein Traum! Nur zu empfehlen!!

Gute Lage für einen Ausflug in den Nationalpark und unkomplizierte Organisation der Safari. Roshan und seine Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und organisieren zuverlässig Ausflüge, Safaris und Tranporte. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren hervorragend!

Wow! Amazing place! Wonderful people! Delicious food! Such a lovely family and fantastic, kind, helpful staff. Cool bauhaus building with rooftop jungle view. Excellent buffet breakfast (complimentary) and dinner ($12) with many vegan options. Just outside Wilpattu National Park. Talented drivers who are experts at spotting animals. Definitely recommended!

Una struttura semplicemente meravigliosa, moderna, elegante e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Le camere sono spaziose, impeccabilmente pulite e offrono un comfort degno di un hotel di lusso.

Il personale è straordinario: sempre sorridente, disponibile e altamente professionale, capace di farti sentire accolto dal primo all’ultimo momento.

Il safari organizzato dall’hotel è stato un’esperienza eccezionale, perfettamente organizzata e con guide esperte che hanno reso la giornata davvero indimenticabile.

Anche il ristorante merita il massimo dei voti: piatti deliziosi, preparati con ingredienti di qualità e presentati con grande cura.

Se cercate un posto dove vivere l’autentica esperienza di Wilpattu senza rinunciare a comfort, ospitalità e servizi di altissimo livello, questo hotel è la scelta perfetta. Ci torneremmo senza alcun dubbio!

An exceptional property, fantastic value for the money, clean, amazing food and dining area. Roshan, his wife and team, could not have been more helpful.

The place was clean and amazingly comfortable sheets and pillows. Roshan was very hospitable and helped organise wildlife safari and pick up airport/ drop off for next stop. We loved Nikki for safari -- she was amazing. Buffet dinner / breakfast delicious.
Im gluten free - Roshan is all over this.

Al di la del safari, che è stato bellissimo, già solo il soggiorno e pernottamento da roshan merita il viaggio!!

Mi è piaciuto tutto, struttura di livello, cena e colazione buonissime. Staff gentile ed accogliente, ci hanno accolto con estrema cura ed entusiamo. Inoltre abbiamo organizzato con loro un bellissimo Safari, sono super preparati, è stata davvero una meravigliosa esperienza!

De locatie was dichtbij Wilpattu. Kamers waren erg mooi, modern en schoon. Het eten was bijzonder goed, een buffet gemaakt met veel verschillende verse lokale producten. Roshan en zijn familie deden alles om het ons naar ons zin te maken. Echt alles was ok daar.

The new building is good enough to have a stay, and everything is good. The dinner is tasty and delicious.

Amazing hidden away gem near the Wilpattu National Park - gorgeous rooms and bathrooms with beautiful surrounds. Hospitality of the owners and staff were exceptional and the food was brilliant! Take the time to find this place and enjoy safari tours with the lovely guide Nicki, tasty local food and warm hospitality.

Roshan, seine Frau und die anderen Angestellten sind tolle Gastgeber, es hat sich angefühlt als wären wir bei Freunden. Roshan war immer absolut bemüht und das ohne zu aufdringlich zu sein. Da es spontan mehrere Stornierungen gab, bekamen wir ein kostenloses Upgrade: Ein sehr modernes Zimmer im Neubau mit drei großen Doppelbetten und zwei kleinen Balkonen. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt! Die Dusche hat eine Glastür, was nicht Standard ist in Sri Lanka (oft gab es weder Tür noch Vorhang) - hier war es perfekt.
Abends gab es ein sehr vielfältiges Buffet. Es gab verschiedene Curries. Roshan erklärte allen Gästen die verschiedenen Speisen, auf einem kleinen Teller neben jedem Tontopf lag die Hauptzutat, sodass immer klar war, was was ist. Wir hatten hier das beste Essen während unserer gesamten Reise! Auch das Frühstück wurde als Buffet angeboten und war sehr lecker.
Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah am Wilpattu NP und eignet sich daher super als Ausgangspunkt für eine Safari. Ansonsten ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig und idyllisch.
Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es gibt außerdem eine Dachterrasse mit einem tollen Rundumblick.
Wir würden definitiv gerne wiederkommen und hatte eine total tolle Zeit! Dies ist unsere Lieblingsunterkunft unserer Sri Lanka Rundreise.
