Ubicacion excelente, a 10 min del aeropuerto, el servicio increible, buen desayuno, restaurante buenisimo con buena carta y un buen servicio.

Very clean and staff was amazing. The restaurant food was so good and specially the sangrias

Great stay at the Westin, with friendly and attentive staff, but felt overpriced for the value.
Pros:

- Great location
- Incredibly friendly staff at reception, concierge and front desk areas
- I was allowed to check in early which was great since I arrived in Guatemala at 9am (was in my room before 11am).
- Breakfast buffet is ample and varied

Cons:

- This is an extremely large and busy hotel, with outside events being hosted permanently, so there is a large amount of non-guests floating around, always lively (but very loud and crowded).
- Staff at breakfast restaurant looks tired, overworked and always in a rush.
- Hotel decoration and equipment is outdated, there's a funky smell in the room floors hallways.

- Großes Zimmer
- sauber

Cons:

- uninspirierter service (z.b. keine Hilfe mit Gepäck)
- Wartezeiten beim Frühstück und auschecken bei Stoßzeiten zu hoch für ein 5 Sterne Hotel
- auch beim Aufzug lange Wartezeit und dann quetscht man sich dort rein
- gewisse Grundlautstärke (Musik, Bass) vermutlich durch interne Veranstaltungen
-alles in allem kein Luxus-5*- Erlebnis und sein Geld nicht wert
