Great location for the Stadium of Light.
Pros:

All the staff we encountered were cheerful and keen to help. Clean, tidy room close to the place we were visiting. Had a good nights sleep and a great breakfast to start the next day.

Cons:

Unfortunately the electronic entry key system wasn't working and it was quite busy at times in reception waiting for staff to let us into our room. That said, the staff were absolutely great and cheerful throughout what was a very busy time for them.

Comfortable sleep.
Pros:

Staff were fantastic.
Good location for onward travelling.

Cons:

Could not find the property! The SAT nav kept getting confused.

There were a few people constantly hanging around the front entrance, smoking. Making it feel a little intimidating to walk past.

Budget Friendly. Not so Family Friendly.
Pros:

The staff were friendly. Not far from where we needed to be. It's a budget friendly hotel.

Cons:

On arrival there was litter all over the carpark and a stinky fag end smell. The room smelt musty and you could hear every footstep from the people staying above us, this actually woke my husband both nights in the early hours.

I was over chargered for bottle of beers there where £3.50 was charged £5
I was charged £2 a bottle for water to find out there free the rooms news air conditioning ASAP as it's ridiculous the heat
