Great breakfast, nice terrace for coffee/breakfast, perfect location, beautiful setting, nicely decorated rooms, very clean and elegant

Cons:

Staff could be more responsive to the requests/complaints of guests, could make more effort to address potential issues, instead of trying to convince the client that they are wrong (this specific case concerned a faulty appliance, replaced reluctantly with a new one, which turned out to be defective as well)

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt rustig, heeft een uitmuntend ontbijtbuffet en heel vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Voor deze prijs per nacht, mag je verwachten dat er plaats is voor je koffer en dat er hangertjes zijn om je kleren op te hangen. De tochtdeuren hielden me tot 2 uur 's nachts wakker.

De locatie was perfect in het centrum. Het ontbijt was royaal en lekker.

Cons:

Te weinig parkeervoorzieningen, we moesten de auto bijna buiten de stad parkeren.

Ohne Auto gutes Hotel.
Pros:

Lage des Hotels, Frühstücksbuffet, sehr ruhiges Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzzuteilung. Uns wird mitgeteilt, dass alle Parkplätze bei Hotel durch VIP-Gäste belegt seien und wir in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus das ca. 15 Min. vom Hotel entfernt liegt parken können. Nur die Parkplätze beim Hotel waren sehr wenig belegt. Das irritiert🤔
