Hotel is located in a good location, can easly reach to the location .

Cons:

Poor facilities !!!
Had to wait more than 15 mins at hotel lobby with family for checkin . Reached hotel around 4:00 PM and room was not ready at the time .
Clean room and other areas as well .
Looked like AC was not working well , had to use the FAN at room .
Kettle was provided with 2 packets of sugar and 2 packets of milk powder , coffee powder which was not ideal for making single cup of coffee, what a kind of coast saving !! ☹️
Most importantly , parking mentioned in the booking itself , but no parking slots were available at hotel . Had to park at nearby open ground overnight and informed security , expressed my worries about the safety of Vehicle , interestingly security person informed that hotel doesn’t take any responsibility for parking the vehicle at the ground , but there was no other choice.
The hotel mentioned as one of the Premium hotel at Kazhakoottam , near Technopark area with comparatively fair price , hotel should need to deliver a lot more quality on facilities and services they are providing to guests .

I had a peaceful and comfortable stay. The place was clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by beautiful greenery, making it very relaxing. There was no traffic noise, which added to the calm atmosphere. Breakfast was provided, and overall, it was a pleasant and refreshing experience.
