Great location just outside Wootton Bassett. Near motorway. Bedrooms separate from pub next door so no noise.
Breakfast was too early 7am to 9am.
Felt like you were being pushed to eat quickly so they could clear away as soon as possible.

The location was very accessible and clearly identifiable from the road. It was easy to find.
The 'inn' was light, bright. Rooms larger than expected and very quiet. Staff very helpful. The pub/restauranrt on the site was great.

Unfortunately there was no water as there was a problem with the pipes, this obviously couldn't be helped and the staff I'm formed us, but was back working the next morning
The Staff in the pub, where we had dinner, were extremely helpful and professional, especially Hazel our Waitress. I have to eat a special diet and she went to and from our table to the kitchen to ensure that they only served me food that wouldn't make me ill. I was extremely impressed at her diligence. The Full English breakfast was also well cooked, fresh and non greasy and all the Staff that we encountered at Reception in the hotel part and in the pub restaurant were lovely!
Accommodation, staff, parking, cleanliness and location.
We were a group of 8, unfortunately 3 of our main meals were awful, (steaks & fish & chips) 2 others were substandard. Starters, dessert and breakfasts were very good. Staff were very apologetic but there seemed to be no-one at the helm to come and speak to us.
Für einen Zwischenstopp nach London war das Hotel aufgrund der Nähe zur Autobahn sehr gut geeignet. Es war alles sauber, das Personal sehr nett.
Das Frühstück im Pub neben an war ok. Man konnte sich aus einer Auswahl was bestellen. Im Übrigen gab es aber nur Toast, eine Sorte Marmelade, Honig und abgepacktes Müsli. Auf Nachfrage bekam man zum Glück Latte/Cappuccino und musste nicht den Filterkaffee trinken. Bad nur mit Badewanne.

L'abbiamo usato come base per girare le cotswolds e molti altri Posti in auto.l'albergo è in una posizione ottimale per visitare tutti i dintorni,ha un bellissimo parcheggio gratuito ed è separato dal paese da una sola strada (praticamente è come stare in campagna ma non sei isolato),il posto è tranquillissimo e silenzioso.l'albergo è molto raccolto quindi non parliamo di una struttura enorme.la camera era pulitissima e perfetta, eravamo in 4 io moglie e 2 figli, veramente oltre le aspettative, davvero graziosa.la reception è H24 ,cosa per noi importantissima.il pezzo forte è il bellissimo pub nella struttura accanto dove si mangia davvero bene e la colazione era compresa nel prezzo.per chi come noi esce la mattina e torna la sera è una cosa molto comoda perché ti fermi al pub,ceni e poi vai in camera (chi ha figli piccoli può capire).nel complesso io do il punteggio massimo a questo albergo e lo sceglierei di nuovo ad occhi chiusi

La ubicación es ideal para visitar los Cotswolds y sus alrededores. El hotel es bastante nuevo y cuenta con habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante nuestra estancia.
Además, justo al lado hay un pub-restaurante donde se puede desayunar bien y a un precio asequible si estás alojado en el hotel.
Como aspecto a mejorar, el baño tenía una bañera con cortina y el cabezal de la ducha estaba fijo a la pared, lo que resultaba un poco incómodo a la hora de ducharse.
