Great stay, big clean rooms, breath taking mountain view
Pros:

Location was 10 mins walk from the center, the staff gave us a room facing the mountains with breathtaking view. The staff were courteous and the rooms were clean and big enough, the restaurant served good food. Candra, George and Anna were very prompt.

Cons:

The AC was not working most of the time, the fridge was not serviced, the breakfast had limited variety in comparison to the price we paid. There were no amenities except the pool table on top for the kids, would be great if they added some other recreation as we could not step out during the rains.

OK hotel; not excellent thought
Pros:

Ok hotel when visiting Stepantsminda; modern room with a good bed. Decent breakfast

Cons:

You need to take stairs to use the elevator (really? Quite an architectural feat).
Backside rooms are facing a generator, a chicken coop, etc.

Pros:

Friendly and kiendly staff. They ready to help every minute. Very good breakfast. View and location no words needed, wow!

Cons:

No blackout curtains and they are small for window, 1/3 of window is open and room at night is very light.
Elevator is located between floors. So be ready to go by stairs.

Schöne Aussicht und gute Ausstattung
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer auf die Dreifaltigkeitskirche und den Kazbek sind sehr schön. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Es gibt einen eigenen Schotterparkplatz.

Cons:

Die Möbel im Zimmer und die Türen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Schranktüren liessen sich nur mit Mühe schliessen. Eine der Nachttischleuchten funktionierte nicht. Die Kissen waren für unseren Geschmack viel zu hart.
Der Aufzug ist etwas unglücklich installiert, weil die Türen jeweils auf den halben Etagen positioniert sind. Man muss also vom Erdgeschoss über die Treppe bis zum ersten Podest gehen. Dort kann man den Aufzug nehmen in die gewünschte halbe Etage (also 1.5, 2.5 oder 3.5). Dort muss man dann wieder entweder eine Treppe nach unten oder oben nehmen.

Beautiful views and comfortable stay
Pros:

View was absolutely beautiful from the Mountain view room!
Stay was lovely and comfortable.

Cons:

Only downsides were the lack of an Elevator to take luggage up and down. Also important to know for those travelling with elderly parents and kids.
Additionally water pressure and the amount of available hot water was not great.
Lack of variety in breakfast but we stayed only for 2 days so it was not a big problem.

Beautiful hotel for a relaxing family stay
Pros:

Beautiful view, and wonderful location. There was an amazing upper floor with a great view at night. The eating spaces in the morning were relaxing and amongst the best I've experienced in Georgia.

Cons:

The spaces upstairs were exceptionally beautiful, but there was no way to communicate with bar staff if I wanted to order a drink or snack. The staff were capable, kind and attentive, however lacked a little professionalism which I think will change as the hotel inevitable thrives - but barely a "problem," just a minor comment.
