Cons:

התמונות מרשימות הרבה יותר מהמציאות.
ריח לא נעים מהמקלחת.
הנוף בחדרים הזוגיים ממש לא יפה (העדפנו להיות עם וילון סגור לגמרי)
א.בוקר דלה.
לא מבינה איך נתנו למלון ציון כזה בבוקינג.

The best view of Kazbegi
Pros:

The location and the staff was kind and nice.Especially Luna at the reception was the best.She did all her best to accomodate us well.She is really an important asset of this hotel.Thank you Luna making us feel like at home! Also for me it has the best view of the village.The terrace sitting area is mesmerising.I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to sit and absorb the beauty of Gerghety village.

Pros:

The breakfast was realy nice. The location is good, not too far from the center of Stepantsminda. The view from the window was amazing! Also, we ordered a dinner at the hotel's restaurant a few times and it was great. There was an air conditioner and a mini bar in the room. The room was quite large.

Cons:

The curtains did not cover all of the window and light entered at night fron the porch. It realy disturbed our sleep. Also, there was an unpleasent smell in the bathroom.

Location , big room

Cons:

Bad smell at bathroom from drain which it can’t be fix it.
Yellowish towels because they are very old one
Bad breakfast
If you want good hotel go to Gudauri.. here only 4 stars hotels in Kazbegi and high prices for nothing..

Very nice
Pros:

We had a very good stay here. The room was clean, quiet and with a nice view. We really enjoyed the dining room. Very well prepared food. Friendly staff.

Cons:

A few things would improve the stay. Better ventilation in the bathroom. Bigger blanket in the bed. More fruit options for breakfast. And the staff could try to be more knowledgeable and helpful about hiking trails and current conditions.
