Amazing location and very comfortable stay
Pros:

Amazing location, very comfortable bed and pillows (plus they give you 2 pillows on each side which is rare nowadays), smart TV

Expensive but most of it was worth it.
Pros:

The staff was excellent. From the time we arrived to the time we left the valet attendants and staff were knowledgeable, friendly and fast. My vehicle was easily accessible to me but safe from any dangers. The front desk staff was even friendlier! They were quick and I was in my room in under 5 minutes. The best part of my stay was the shower. The water was always hot, like a really good hot and the pressure was better than my house pressure. I loved the shower. I could have stayed in it all day if it weren’t for the fact that I was there on vacation with my family!

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that there was not any free bottles of water for guests. The price for incidentals is high. I would have expected more from that. There was a restaurant, however if I’m paying $100 a night for incidentals and I don’t have access to anything like bottled water. Why am I paying $100 a night. That was very upsetting.

I would not choose to stay there again.
Pros:

The staff were reasonably helpful. Location was in Little Italy which was nice.

Cons:

No coffee machine in the room. No guest laundry and the only laundromat 12 blocks away. No airport shuttle. No phone in the room - therefore no wakeup calls. Breakfast not included. Restaurant hours quite irregular. Basically, most of the services that you would expect to find in a mid-range hotel were absent.

Great Location!
Pros:

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights. Great location in Little Italy. Walking distance to Waterfront Park and Seaport Village. Great plane-spotting from the roof. Fruit infused water in the lobby. Fast elevator. Comfortable beds. Full-body mirror which is a plus in my book!

Cons:

A little dated in the rooms but nothing off-putting.
