Clean the place up, folks—it's a real shame to waste such a perfect location!
Pros:

Excellently located in the heart of Little Italy, and all the guys at the front desk are absolutely wonderful!

Cons:

It’s not clean. Everywhere you go feels run-down, and the place definitely needs a renovation because things are broken and dirty.

Friendly reception staff, and good location, but spoiled a bit by the problems with toilet and dripping water.
Pros:

Great location close to Little Italy and a short walk to the harbour front. Beds wer comfortable and a fine shower.

Cons:

When we arrived the toilet wouldn’t flush. We were told that someone would be by within 10 minutes, but after about 20 minutes we didn’t want to wait any more, so we went out. When we came back some hours later, the toilet hadn’t been flushed, but it now worked.
On the final morning I was woken by the sound of dripping water. Water was dripping down from the ceiling of the bathroom a number of locations. So there was pools of water in the bathroom and it had also formed pools in the sleeping area, as we had the door to the bathroom open.

Over priced. Parking is 55 a night. Didn’t have the room I booked. Only had 1 small ac in the living room & the room

Algunos empleados ni hablan inglés y miran mal… cuando de lejos se les ve carita de latinos… mínimamente pidan disculpas y llamen a alguien que sepa hablar español o que usen el traductor pero el chico que hablaba español el que está por la mañana un amo!!! Gracias al igual que la gente del resto muy amables divinos todos menos ese chico

Horrible experience
Pros:

The management was unresponsive about the lack of safety near the parking areas and the continual loudness throughout the night and morning.

Cons:

We made a request to move to a higher floor and although there were rooms available, they would not switch it, because it was booked with booking.com
