Das Zimmer wahr Tiptop.

Cons:

Die Balkontür konnte man nicht richtig schliessen, deswegen konnte man die ganze Zeit den Verkehrslärm hören, der Hotel Pool hatte scho um 19:00 Uhr geschlossen...etwas früh fanden wir.

This is not a 4 star spa hotel. Is a decent 3 stars, so manage your expectations. Staff is fantastic, but rooms and amenities are not 4 star

The lady at the reception was very polite at check in and helpful.

Cons:

Room had broken air-conditioning constant temperature in the room was 24.4 degrees, yoi couldn't control the aircon neither turn it off. It was extremely loud as we assume it was broken with the result of not being able to sleep. Reception was closed after 10pm with an emergency number to call which was turned off since 11pm when we tried to call them to help us turn off the aircondition.
