Perfect apartment for staying in Madrid, thank you!
Pros:

It’s a very nice apartment located in a center al place in Madrid. Checking in went very quickly and the host is super kind. We had a good time here.

Cons:

There is quite a lot of sound coming from the hallway, as it’s next to the door. We did hear people coming in, talking and the door closes quite loud. But we were tired and could sleep through it. 😊

Apartamento nuevo y precioso
Pros:

Un apartamento de nueva construcción al que no le falta detalle. Una botella de vino y dos aguas de bienvenida y cápsulas de café de diferentes marcas. Apartamento grande bien distribuido y con una terraza para salir a fumar o incluso a cenar. No le falta detalle, no echamos nada en falta. Situado a cinco minutos de la parada de metro de Tetuán y aunque nos tocó el bajo, la calle es muy tranquila y con tan apenas tráfico, con lo que se descansa de maravilla.

Pros:

В целом, все понравилась. Заботливый хозяин оставил бутылку вкусного вина, которое скрасило вечер. Аппартаменты находится рядом с ЖД вокзалом. Рядом также есть большой продуктовый китайский магазин, и ашан, кому не нравится готовить - кафешки.

Pros:

Localização ótima, com mercados e estação de metrô próximos. Espaço com móveis e equipamentos necessários a elaborar pequenas refeições.

Cons:

A disposição da sala e televisor poderiam ser repensadas. A televisão sobre a bancada da cozinha limita um pouco a funcionalidade. O micro-ondas somente foi disponibilizado ao final da estadia.

That said, several aspects of the property would benefit from closer attention, particularly regarding cleanliness and maintenance. The bed linen did not appear fully fresh upon arrival. In the bathroom, there were visible traces of mold in the shower area and a noticeable odor. Some of the kitchen utensils and dishes required additional washing before use. The sofa pillows also seemed worn and could benefit from deeper cleaning. Sound insulation within the apartment is rather limited due to the door construction and gaps underneath them, which may affect guests who are sensitive to noise. Guests arriving by car should also note that parking options in the immediate area are quite limited.
