Near to the beach, very clean.
Noisy until 11pm but that's to be expected as it was over a pub.
Helpful staff, clean room. A relief that the karaoke finished before going to bed as it would have been very loud!
Convenient for our needs on the night.
Access was difficult for a person with poor mobility.

No food ok but not great
The location was absolutely fantastic - it says five minutes walk, but you could do it in two! It's close to the cafes and restaurants, the location couldn't be better. The staff were helpful, check in and check out was super easy. The pub downstairs was great for us, and the karaoke was really good fun.
The walls of the hotel are super thin. You can hear literally everything happening in the rooms next door. This didn't really matter for us as we were out and about most of the evening anyway, but there's certainly no getting an early night in this place!
The view was nice and the room was loverly
The WiFi was very poor
Tv remote we had was basic non standard , so could not use smart TV,, the bins where not emptied in our whole stay

Very very loud noise from the pub below the rooms. Took along time to locate member of staff to check in
